I just finished maxing Enchanting so now I'm rocking about 1100 armor rating. Had to put the game on Master difficulty for things to hurt me, lol.

I found a daedric bow.. but I'm on the light armor path and I just did glass. Without the perk into daedric I think my glass bows do more damage. /sadface

I found out I was doing sneak attacks with daggers wrong. That or the 70 perk allows me to do it righter. I do my sneak attacks with forward power attacks now.. I haven't gotten a disappointing SNEAK ATT- oh no just a tiny normal hit since I started doing this. Hell one guy heard me and started walking towards me and I still got the sneak attack.

Also just bought the solitude house.. Lydia has a twin it seems. (I need to make another 10k so I can furnish my house..)

What enchantment did you put on your armor to get your armor rating so high? Heavy Armor +?

Yeah. I have Heavy Armor Skill +25 on all 4 pieces that take it, along with various other enchantments since I took the Double Enchant perk. My whole armor set has something like +100 Heavy Armor Skill, +80% Bow Damage, +124 HP, +62 Stamina, +31% Stamina Regen, +120% Damage Blocked by Shield.

I haven't crashed once yet with Skyrim either way, so guess I'm lucky there.

Ok, fuck Draugr Deathlords when they get Lv.3 Unrelenting Force. Getting hit by it means guaranteed death since I get hit by like 3 of their arrows in the process of flopping around like a ragdoll and eventually staggering back onto my feet.

So, let me get this straight. In order to completely clear the Thieves' Guild quest and bring the guild back to its former glory, I have to do each of the 7 different types of small jobs from Vex/Delvin (shill/bedlam/fishing/heist/etc.) 9 times each, once for each of the 9 holds?

Or do I just have to do at least one of any type in each of the 9 holds?

edit: Now I'm on a pickpocket quest to steal a diamond from Heimskr in Whiterun... 0% steal rate. What the fuck?

Thanks for the info...what do I need to do to make this happen? I've been doing a lot of side quests, since I don't play this type of game regularly.

It's part of the main line of Thieves' Guild quests and has pretty much nothing to do with the small side contracts like the shill/heist/fishing/etc. jobs. Pretty much all the quests given by or involving Brynjolf/Mercer/Karliah. You won't get the armor until the last couple quests of the line.

Been using the BAT console command to summon armies to do battle with each other... a ton of fun really :D I present, The Battle for Solitude!

skyrim tends to crash with ~100 enemies on screen at once for me so im looking into ways w/o turning down my graphics to get some really epic battles going :3
