It is like this in Tampa, as well. I drove in Pennsylvania's snow belt for over ten years before moving here and I can't believe how a little bit of drizzle turns everyone on the road into a seven hundred year old woman who can't possibly drive more than 15. I blame it on the Cubans, Mexicans, and Puerto Ricans, mostly. Have you ever driven in Mexico? Holy fuck, Mexico is a fucking death trap. You want to see bad driving, come to Mexico. Anywhere in Mexico. It's awful.

People are retarded everywhere, end of story. Ive lived and worked in 33 or the 50 states and that is the one goddamn constant, no matter the place. Ever heard that "GOD, PPL HERE CANT DRIVE IN SNOW!!??" No one can. Worked in Nebraska, Iowa, PA and even Michigan and saw just as many wrecks, dumb fucks and morons than I did in Texas, Alabama, Mississippi and other states where there is no snow. Folks drive slow as shit, grandma style.

No matter state, country, city, weather conditions etc.. people are dumb fucks and drive the exact same. You may think youre different and believe your own self hype, but youre a dumb fuck too, you just dont realize it

The driving test is too easy to pass. Instead of testing minutiae like 'how far behind a fire truck with its flashers on can you follow?' put a camera in people's car for a week and see if they can drive without eating, talking on their fucking phone, putting on makeup/shaving or slowing down to stare at stupid shit on the side of the freeway. If they can, they pass, otherwise, they win a bus pass for a month and have their license pulled for six. The reason you see bad drivers from everywhere is because they've never actually been challenged to share the road with more than one other car in their lives.
