See the 4 lifeboats in the front with the 4 behind them that have the white crane things above them?
That's different from the QM2 setup with boats all the way down the side.

Now that I look at it again, the first 2 are the QM2, and the third is the QV.

The first 2 doesn't have the satellite dome behind the smoke stack, the smoke stacks also looks different, the bow is longer, and the mast is taller.

Rough waters are cresting the bow of the boat because it's so huge that it dips below the sealine. Pretty simple.

the boats may be boring, but the size of the wave that could cause a ship that big to submerge it's bow would have been huge. The QV's height is 200+ft, and it's bow is completly submerged, which would put the wave around 60-70 ft high. The tidal wave that devastated Indonesia in 2004 was 100ft high for comparision
