    Black Friday Computer

Hey BG, I beseech your tech info!

I was browing black friday deals in the paper since I was looking for a new desktop, relatively cheap (400-600), to replace my aging laptop. I'm looking for a PC that can play FFXI/SC2 comfortably well (and maybe FFXIV once it gets any better!)

Here's the two deals tha tI'm currently looking at.

    Newegg : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...290&nm_mc=BFUS

I'll buy a monitor through another deal.. any tips? I've never heard about iBUYPower so that's giving me hesitancy.. But the specs looks comparable (or better) to my other cheap choice:

    Or Best Buy:

It's more of a package and I don't have to purchase a monitor! Yay?

Hope everyone's having a great thanksgiving! Lots of turkey and all that good stuff.

Honestly, I am not a large advocate of pre-builts at all...

However, if it's up to those two machines I would likely go the Best Buy route since you wouldn't need a monitor.

You should know though that going this route you will likely be wanting to upgrade in the future, atleast I would. The iBuyPower would give you a better route of doing that as alot of times the Dell's/HP's etc. are notorious for cock blocking you in the upgrade arena.

Sometimes though it is hard to beat a pre built price if you are on a budget simply because the cost of the OS is included.
