Ok I just wanna know for those in Another province of Québec, USA or in Europe, are the carriers really fucking with you for VPN?

I wanted to get 3g on Ipad so w/e that creates problem at work i can connect to work If i'm not in WIFI range

Now the 3 carriers we got here is Telus, Rogers and Bell

Rogers and bell offers the same data plan

250mb for 15$ per month
5 gig for 35$ per month

While Telus is 500mb for 20$ per month

Now

Called Rogers, I can activate Ipad plan directly from Ipad, but the VPN is locked on it unless I call Rogers to activate VPN on my account 5$/month

Telus is kinda worse, I cannot activate the Data plan on the Ipad I have to call Telus every timne to activate or cancel it.

Are Carriers that stupid anywhere else too?
