The ninjutsu looks like haste, has the red buff stuff dont tink its utsusemi since it doesnt create any type of mirror animation like ichi and ni.

My best guess on the JAs/spells:

Fireja/Windja
NIN Haste? (NOT Utsusemi: San -.-)
Not sure about the clearly elemental buffs, maybe better bar spells as was suggested?
Boost-DEX/INT
Gain-DEX/INT
This next one doesn't look like anything I've seen
DNC Waltz
Looks like Regen/Refresh, so possibly Regain II/I?
Another one I'm not sure about, possibly a new samba?

No, they are simply the new set of Boost/Gain spells for WHM and RDM respectively <_<, unless you mean the light/dark animations preceding them, but, they didn't have casting animations.

Also, no, the ninjutsu isn't Utsusemi: San. No shadow images.

First BLU spell I'm pretty sure is Delta Thrust. Last one looks like one of the Pixie WSs, forget the name.

If the patterns hold up it should be:

Fire V at 86, Blizzard V at 89
Aeroja at 87, Firaja at 90
