And just because a job listing says degree required doesn't mean you should just not bother applying if you feel like it's something you could do.

Just saw this.
Head down town and turn in your man card. Now. You are twenty-five years old and your mother is dictating the terms of your relationship with the woman you want to bear your children. Read that again let it sink in. Now, would you care to explain to the class exactly what you've been doing in the eight years since the rest of us grew out of that?
It's her house, she doesn't want her visiting until I have a job. That's fine, because I need to go get a job. I don't like it, but the terms of me living here, during the time periods I'm not paying rent, is she gets what she wants.
So good.
You know I'm sure everyone here remembers my thread that was about something similar.
You're 25. Grow the fuck up and get some motivation dude. Your mom telling you the terms of your relationship just because you live there?
Hell no. Grow some balls. She only gets what she wants because you're a mommy's boy. You better start taking control of your life.
Just keeps getting better. Don't stop.
Man I went to a hockey game and was totally expecting to get some blowback while I was gone, but the thread has gone gold with aspirations of platinum in the 5 hours I was out.
i really hope this doesnt sound cold but, have you considered abortion or adoption?
I'm not trolling or trying to be cruel but listen to me, as someone who had parents who were not prepared for parenthood...
If you know with all your heart that you're not ready or capable of supporting a child, dont bring one into this world. If you do, at least set something up so shehe grws up in a safe, peaceful, loving home. One that has substantial income.
Bringing a child into the world or trying to raise one when you're not ready can have serious negative effects on the quality of life for the child.
Ask yourself, would you want to be raised by yourself in your current lifestyle or situation? You should really consider abrotion or adoption.
Don't feel ashamed. No child would chose to be born into a home with parents who aren't stable... and Your situation is not uncommon. Think of the child.
I've been happily married awhile now and we have no children. That's not an accident. At least I hope it's not...
I would be a terrible mom. I don't have the emotion stability or patience to support a baby. Therefor i would never risk bringing one into the world.
what?
I'm so serious. I encourage abortion/Adoption.
If you're not ready, don't try. Raising a baby is not like climbing a mountain or listening to a lady gaga song.
No matter how unbareable it gets, you have to deal with it.
This mighta been touched on* already but aurik
You suck at math bro. <3
definitely forgot the on and it sounded like I wanted to touch aurik naughtily
@Lovex -- I saw his pic recently. Hate to say it but the dude has looks and a good smile. His woman is even hotter. So not only are they gonna be pretty lil babes, they gonna be complete and utter douchemongers. Ironically, that was not an insult at all, either. I'm pretty sure he won't see it as one.
So out of sheer curiousity at this point has a decision even been made on this situation.
