I loved that Saturday morning cartoons progressed the target audience for the cartoons throughout the morning. It started super early like 5am with Looney Tunes for seniors and people still up from the night before, then slowly ramped up the age level appropriateness of the cartoons as the morning went on. I remember being like 12-13 and getting up around 9ish to watch all the superhero cartoons like X-Men and Spiderman start around 10, then new Saved by the Bell at 11. But before that I was up at 7am to watch the sillier cartoons. Shit was pretty clever
