XXII: Half my ally is mules, I swear!
An Aegis upgraded in 2010 is just as much fail as that PLD.

Was full-timing this duoing Shadow Funguars in Abyssea - Konschtat with a Summoner.
Not to derail TOO much but it was raised and it's tangentially related to "Confused/WTF." What is the big deal about having full alliances in Abyssea? 6 months ago, some of us WERE still in LS's that, presumably, had more than 18 people. Are we all supposed to just drop our LS pearls and play the game here on out with only 6-8 people max, 4 of which are a MNK + WHM + BLM + BRD combo? I still enjoy being in a LS with 50+ active people for the social aspect. Sure, it makes Abyssea events crowded sometimes and we DO split up of course, but still. As long as people aren't idiots and zerg every mob down before proccing, it isn't that bad![]()
nobody cares if you have an alliance killing 3 or 4 different things, they care if you have 18 people on bennu
I personally enjoy having a small Linkshell of skilled friends whom I've known for years (e.g., a WHM without the best gear who casts Cure spells in the blink of an eye, the type fancied here on BG in a recent discussion), and managing to do virtually everything low man, therefore getting items everyone wants as quickly as possible.
More power to you if your nearly full Linkshell isn't populated by half-wits, but I'll take talent over chatter any day.
My ls solves this problem by splitting into 2-4 groups. 1-2 small groups, usually just enough to kill shit and proc red, other groups of rdms, usually either solo or duo to hold shit until the red team can get around to it (assuming there's competition, otherwise we just help with whatever), and then everyone else in a bigger group doing whatever. Then again, we're only like 10-18 usually, not sure how the fuck you'd split up 50 people effectively.
Yeah, that's been the problem in my LS recently. We have 50 or so in our active roster but only about 30+ each event night. It's still a PITA to organize 30 people. Recently, we've tried to split up so that one ally does +2 mobs and the other ally does +1 seal mobs. But then it gets annoying to swap people in the event someone from the +1 ally needs to lot on something from the +2 ally, or vice versa.

This, among other equally gimp/retarded people are wiping to Chloris with 18 and an Aegis tank. Many luls had
Weakend Aegis PLD Brewed it and they barely managed to kill it, these are some of the others

That mnk wins just for the awesomeness of his name
I'd ask how such retards get twilight access/clears, but considering I sell my brews for them, I understand.
Oh, considering this is my linkshell I should slap my gun upside you damn head and then shoot with it, RL and in game.
Part of the wiping issue was the fact that Hundred Fists on Chloris is a hate reset, in case you were not aware of it, and the smns pulling hate because avatars that were doing the majority of the damage once Hundred Fists activated. I'm sorry if fatal scream happens to have a huge range and some of us (myself included) forgot about it.
Second, funond didn't brew him. He tanked that thing weakened with no issues. We killed that thing with the alliance weakened. Yes, it was not our best or cleanest run by far of an NM, but shit happens sometimes. No reason you need to call us fucking gimps because of it. Let alone try and make a display of it for your, and others, personal amusement.
I could go into the fact you had a lvl 54 character who dinged 55 (seemed to be a nin with a gk as well for procing purposes) after your Chloris.
Thirdly, I was the one who got grimbot his Shinryu clear. Yes, I brewed it down on thf, and I had zero issues doing it. If you have issues with the fact that not everyone has the time to spend getting prime gear or hasn't gotten lucky on the lots yet etc, I suggest you look at your own damn group then. I got quite a few chuckles from that subtle blow thf in dragon gear. Yes, I wear a bloody acuben's helm atm with a taranis harness before you go further. Mainly it's a style bit, as if I really want to compensate for acc (if I actually need it) I melee in a set at haste cap now, ty twilight belt.
What is this rambling about? We could've done the same to your group. Instead, you took pics of players who for the most part are skilled players, but don't have the best gear, or just like to goof off and have fun.
All in all Sanjurio, take the stick out of your uptight ass, or go kill yourself as you have issues that obviously need dealt with. Remember it's down the river not across ^_^.
loling forever
there is 0 excuse to wipe to chloris, unless it dooms you and follows it with a terror so you can't holy water, and even that only applies to duo situations. I did 50 buds worth of chloris on my (at the time) terrible gimp war duo with a rdm and never had a single problem with it. the rest of your post is so amazingly retarded I'm not even going to bother commenting on it rofl
There is nothing better than when the gimps come to defend themselves
You're gimp and you wiped with 18 to an NM that was easy at 80, dill pickle.
I try not to post too much in this thread, because I feel it's somewhat petty to make fun of casual players that haven't really figured out how the game works or use old strategies (possibly due to a lack of the resources necessary to use new strategies), but there's a common misconception that I'd like to clear up.
When people get posted here, it's often less an issue of them not having "the right drops" and more an issue of them using the drops they do have poorly or inappropriately.
Example: The SAM wearing Perle head and Askar feet.
Solution (that avoids Dusk): Wear W.Turban and Perle feet.
Also, Chloris is soloable and Paladins are outdated unless all your melee are like the ones in the screenshot.
