Roundel is an expensive piece of equipment coming from a single BCNM that doesn't open much, if ever.

Afflictors are a a piece of shit weapon that ARE STILL IN HER INVENTORY JUDGING FROM THE SCREENSHOT.

I know you're not being serious, but as mentioned, this is the Gimp/Confused/WTF thread. Being retarded gets you here, doesn't matter who you are or what else you have equipped. Full AF3+2 NIN who is dual-wielding a pair of kannagi somehow using a Denali head is still using denali head.

Definitely don't need to take my word on it, I'm hardly capable of speaking on behalf of White Mages. Sounds like something for RQT if you're really worried about it, but I know curepot50% is capable without and don't remember it sacrificing any other important slots.

Just remember I'm not a good source for white mage gear.

Surya's+2(22%), Serp set(5%), af3+2(10%), orison cape(3%) and medicine ring(10%) is 50% while being able to wear af3+2 body and legs

You can hit 49/50 with augmented pants also if you wanted to go that route. Roundels isn't completely necessary, but it's a buyable option.

Giving up Orison Pantaloons for anything is the worst trade you can possibly make. Roundel is the best piece for the ear slot, but I'm not going to call anyone gimp if they don't have it because of how rare it is.

I dont recall ever saying it was the best set by any means, I was just showing that you dont need roundel to reach a 49/50 set, and for somebody who cant get ahold of a roundel it works out decently.

Agreed, the +2 pants are pretty awesome. Just saying there are options to reaching the cap with body outside of earring, although the earring imo is the best for reaching it.

That's basically the sum of this whole conversation going back a couple pages. No one will knock you for not having the best in slot all slots forever, but you're certainly getting ragged on using a horribad slot while mostly geared intelligently. Empy90 in full perle or full AF3+2 and perfect slots with a Byakko's Axe need not apply.

Wiped to Bennu with 6, stood in range of Dread Wind etc. Had all procs and couldn't proc it by50% (took them 15 minutes to that point) and NIN tank had Kannagi. Although I think this is built for Random Fail thread.

i support wipe is fair game, though theres a few people on our server who will spam stun on briareus in hopes it will turn yellow for just a split moment :/

I don't know, I was just waiting there and saw them wipe. They had a blu and a blm, but couldn't seem to proc with those, and the proc was T4. Regardless, it's Bennu ffs, I duo'd it on THF and WHM.

Agreed on the Bennu comment, soloed him NIN/DNC... actually a lot harder solo but doable, and I've died a couple of times, but my evasion set's not top-notch either. Only hard part is the terror.
