Which is why I almost always bring my alt WHM along when I exp simply because relying on some 50RDM to keep an alliance alive isn't very prectical.

Oh man, I had a party that was literally exactly like that last night, on blm and all, they took like 2 mins to kill one doll while I killed 3 of them, or something like that. <.<

It's the new "/nin" back in the day, were people would just sub nin when there wasnt even a possible need for it on that particuler fight, a "crutch" as one would say. Sad thing is, even with /dnc wars can still die.

people would insist that I sub NIN on DRK back then. I never got it myself, i understood the damage bit, but it seemed to me that birdparties where they tell me to sub nin meant 6k an hour.

God I hate soloers ;/, especially ones that drag it 80 years away so you can't see them (had that happen a lot at carabosse). BLU can solo with eva builds but soloing is so retarded/inefficient.

Pretty much. Sad part is that Arigatou is kind of a mule character, while these people are their actual characters. At least it makes me feel better about taking up 2 party spots.

Also every single shitty /dnc melee I've seen so far has failed to actually use their subjob for... anything. At all. Although I guess it doesn't matter much with their 15% accuracy and single digit damage they would still be doing anyway with a proper subjob.

And, since I've been stuck playing whm half the time, I guess that's the main reason that the dnc subjobs piss me off. >_>

edit: Also lol at the evasion blu. I had a samurai in one of my parties earlier, was going to post him and his fucked up gear, but then I realized that he was just wearing an actually kind of decent evasion set, so I decided not to, since that party was crappy and his damage would have been crap either way. I want to stab myself everytime I get stuck with these people who can't contribute at all. Only 2 more <75 jobs to go

All this talk of Brown Belt vs. Black Belt monks is a little foreboding I will admit. I sold my old account, and coming back to the game after a year hiatus I decided to start up a new account. Right now I'm planning on Monk to 90 first, followed by the rest of the jobs I want to play. Good news is I'm getting burned in abyssea by my LS. Bad news is I'm gonna be at 90 with a lack of gear. I will spend cruor for gil and start farming, but decidedly I'll be gimp for a bit. Can't wait til I end up on here, haha. I WILL be trying to geta Black Belt, though. And all of the CORRECT not-gimp gear. @_@;
