Since they wanted to fight directly on top of the ops NPC so we couldn't target it, I kept taking their mobs as they went yellow. This was one of the many gimps that bitched at me for taking their mobs:

You did notice this guy is only level 69? He looks like he's geared in a "this was the best I could find off of the AH at the time" and slapped on AF so he wasn't naked. Sure, he's gimp for his level, but it's better than naked and a lot of gear for 30-75 can be hard to come by. I just don't see the need to post people that are <75 unless it's obvious they have no idea what they're doing.

Guess he shouldnt be posted here either because hes only lvl 77 huh? Seriously, dude is fucking gimp, obviously has no idea how to gear his job. There is a difference between a player who is leeching naked and has an idea of what they should be wearing, and a player whos fucking gimp, stop white knighting gimps, this is the gimp thread, where gimps go when you see them.

Sadly, I think Oreon used to be a pretty decent ninja if my memory serves. This abyssea candy carnival nonsense really brings out the dumbfuckery in so many people.

I am waiting for my nin to pop up in here, just hit 90 and still wearing pretty much my whole lvl75 set from 2 years ago. It'll work until my shell gets its abyssea legs to navigate this place better and know what to go for.

Not at all, my blu had shit gear until 75 when it could equip homam, my blue magic is severely underleveled, but i skill up in every party im in, i only have like 21 spells, but i plan on getting them all, if i got posted i wouldnt trip, because i know i have a lot to improve on my blu, but most of these people get their one work wonder sets and refuse to get better.

although i don't really agree with him posting a 69 in here (should set the rule to 75 and over unless your a whm rdm or sch not like your doing anything other then keying at 69) i'm naked till 77 > shitty aura or perle > ding into af3+1/2 as i level but that war was a shocker (honestly though it was a ranger from the vulcans staff and the odose)

took him 30 minutes to get ovni to 40%, then his backup showed up and took them another 10 minutes to kill.

dnc/war in full alcides' stuff, 7% total haste is good right?

It's kinda stupid the judge the 69 BLU, I mean, even if he was perfectly geared for 69, he's still be completely useless and wouldn't be able to hit anything in an exp alliance. Do you know what I do when leveling jobs in abyssea until they become useful? I put on the most random rare/ex crap I can find in my moghouse and call it a day, especially if it looks shiny. The BLU could melee with a swift belt and miss 90% of the time or hit for 0, 4% faster! Whoopdeedoo. >_> And honestly who brings all their 60-90 crap waiting to ding into it? I just wait until I'm 90, then worry about reorganizing my equipment and properly gearing especially since everything is mostly hidden in some obscure part of my storage.

I genuinely don't see how it's possible to take 40 minutes for that unless you disengage/turn around for a large portion of the time.

Did it on DNC/WAR earlier today literally just TPing it to death with Phurba + 25D trial dagger (was doing trials beforehand and forgot to bring a real weapon) and it only took 10 minutes. My per swing hit on main hand was comparable to what you're screenshot is showing, too. 7% vs 25% haste would make a difference, but I don't think it could make THAT much of a difference.

I would not be surprised in the least if they were using terrible atmas and didn't even have the ability to equip three.
