Don't really see what's wrong with the MNK, with the semi-recent popularity of MNK, Black Belt items have been not so easy to get to match the demand, if he/she leveled it during this time then it's not a surprise. If it was a purple belt then that'd be something to post about. What's the neck though, don't recognize it at the moment.

Probably, but given that they're only missing 1.something haste on a job that we now know doesn't even benefit from maximum attack boosts, and that they're gear is otherwise pretty solid, it probably wouldn't have any issue with reaming most average MNKs.

What's wrong with Healer's Mitts +1? They're the next best gloves behind Augur's Gloves if you don't have capped cure potency, and they're the best gloves if you are capped (unless I missed some awesome 9 MND gloves somewhere). Not a great WHM, but not a terrible WHM either.

If that's a cure potency Surya's +2, they're better than all the WHMs running around with a light or dryad's/healing staff and "proper" waist/back accessories.

Edit: 85 level cap WHM, 46% cure potency. They could have had 50% if they had a Surya's +1 and ditched the neck/back in favor of +MND pieces. This bothers me a bit more than someone with a crappy back/waist but otherwise reasonable gear, especially considering how easy the cure potency trial is.

Light weather trials are on the same level as fire weather trials - a pain in the ass. How exactly are they easy in comparison to say... ice/thunder trials? The pixie bottle trials? It's still a pain camping lightsday or getting someone to mow pixies for those elemental trials.

Above WHM has the right idea on how to gear the class though I see a few suspect things. WHM comes down to how well you memorize enemy TP moves and how quick your reaction time is on heals anyway. You could be horribly geared and wipe the floor with "proper" WHMs simply based on reaction times/skill anyway.

This on so many levels. seen a ton of well geared whm suck and have no idea what cure is.

Our only healer! TBH not much wrong with him aside from the fact that I think it's fail that he's our only healer, all that stuff is augmented with PDT/MDT.
