Just reinstalled everything and am getting an error message telling me that pol is in the wrong language setting or something? It can't find the EU language? This is when i try to use windower. Without it POL seems to work fine. I did change the language to EU in the launcher config file as well.

Is there a difference in the dmg bonus granted by atma with +magic attack bonus and +(element) damage (baying moon versus atma of gales) beyond the +30 and +40? I heard both that they are both the same with the +element only being active for the corresponding element and that the +element is far more potent that mab somehow beyond the +10 difference.

Yes, +element damage isn't MAB, it is a separate multiplier. Baying moon is +30 mab, adding in to your existing mab multiplier. Gales is +30% wind damage.

Has anyone tested the martial arts trait on the PUP AF3 pants? I would assume it is -10 delay, but don't like to assume.

Wiki says 5, I just did some tp return testing that works for anything from -5 to -7 delay (assuming delay is not floored in tp calculations, I am not sure how that works). 90 pup gets martial arts 4, so 340 base delay, tp returns were:

bare fists no -delay gear: 4.9
bare fists with legs on: 4.8
+66 delay h2h with legs: 5.4
+61 delay h2h with legs: 5.4

If i have 2 content IDs can i just run both of them in seperate instances or do i need to register a whole new copy of the game and then run both in seperate instances on same comp?

Buy a new copy of the game. Run both instances in Windower.

Working on getting a Masamune and honestly Lamprey Lord & Chesma are looking like far bigger pains in the asses compared to Carabosse and lolCirin since I can't just juice up on Atma. Any tips for a good low-man set up? (other than the infamous MNK BRD RDM combo) preferably something involving SAM since I need my stupid GKT equipped @ ToD. Looking at LL's stats on wiki now and yeah I just don't see how he can feasibly be melee'd down with such a horrendous poison attack & hate resets (and all the DA & TA).
