Any info/tips on Hedal Satiator?

If it uses fissure more than once, will it spawn more babies, or just the initial ones, unless they've already depopped?

It sounds like it would be manageable with MNK WHM RDM, having the RDM sac the babies with diaga. Just curious how easy/not so easy it is, because I may want to go WAR instead to proc red. And my WAR is nowhere near as good as my MNK |:

Any word on Boosting before WS being worth it or not?

Assuming you get the full benefit, or nearly the full benefit, from the Boost's attack:

High haste, Boost is generally a negative on total damage.

Medium haste, you end up doing about the same amount of damage either way. Whether you use is up to you.

Low haste/solo you almost always want to Boost.

If you're only getting about half the attack's effectiveness (eg: nominal attack around 600-650 vs debuffed mobs, or ~700 vs non-debuffed mobs)), shift the tiers down one level.

Does grellowing the T2 VNMs in Heroes zones do anything? We grellowed the Garuda mob in Grauberg 3 times last night and each time it only dropped 2 seals with treasure hunter at level 8/9. Also, is there a third mob that can drop tantra body seals?

Just your luck. I seen it drop 3-4 seals with grellow many times.

The last time I killed him, we procced Red within moments of popping and killed him before he used his second TP move. Almost anything in Konschtat/Tahrongi/La Theine is going to be pretty easy these days. Also, I suspect if you run away from him when he uses Fissure the adds' Quadratic Continuums will be out of ranged. I think he can spawn up to 2 sets of babies, but I'd have to check the .dats to be sure.

The melee in my shell seem to think Twilight Mail outclasses Adaberk. It is missing DEX and Attack but the other stuff seems to outweigh it in peoples' eyes.

Yeah those mobs are all pretty freaking easy, but solo 3boxing can still be a challenge. Will try it soon, thanks for the info.

I think that's a little too facetious... if you're going to post, at least explain yourself. Also aren't you a RDM and BLM? What I'm trying to get to the heart of is whether we should be furnishing peeps with adaberks or drop Ein in favour of hunting twilight mail and empyrean armours.

I also have war, and have played nin, rng, brd, in the past. Not sure why that matters though.

Adaberk is only good if you need acc. Ie, it sucks. If you don't need stp/haste/da/etc then rearrange your build so you do, you can use grim, loki, af3, etc.

Did I miss something concerning the new geode drops? Just spent Firesday farming Murex in Mis Coast without getting a single Flame Geode, wondering if I'm targeting the wrong mobs.

Do ein if you want to do it. Adaberk isn't a justification for it, though. I honestly can't think of more than 2 pieces from ein that have any use (vhelm/body)

I cast cure spells in that sometimes, yes. It has hidden on it?

OK friend confirmed it is earring, thanks rog. He uses food that makes it proc. >_< I will refrain from usingit on this mnk friend.

Only pops three (at once). If those three are out, the TP move will do nothing.

Did a search, couldn't find anything, anyone find nin body seals from a mob other than ironclad in altep because srsly fuck procing grellow on that.

Hecatomb Cap/Legs are still really nice unless I'm missing something (which I may be... haven't looked at the jobs on Twilight gear etc).
