Spellcast question. Why won't it swap in new gear, and when will it start being able to swap in new gear? Aisance mantle won't swap for me, but /equip back "Aisance mantle" works in game.

I think the general rule for updates is wait for the resources.xml to get repopulated with the new gear before trying to use it in spellcast... I could be wrong but that's what it is.... I think

It seems unlikely to me that 2% DA is better than the +45 DMG on kicks.

Would prolly end up being pretty close tbh. Have to remember how much of your dmg is kicks as compared to DoT and WS. I'm sure someone will math it out.

Once I get a Tantra Cyclas, what should I do with Mirke? Also have pld and drk levelled, but I obviously never use them anymore. Was thinking FC/Eva for utsu? idk

If it's tantra+1, keep the mirke (crit/attack is better than tantra+1 in abyssea). if it's tantra+2 then u can do something else w/ ur mirke

It's getting closer to reasonable, actually. +50 MAB would be a 25% damage boost for a BLM with 100 MAB from other sources, the same as a +4 Affinity staff. For a BLM with more than 100MAB, it's worse. For a BLM with less than 100MAB, it's better.

~100MAB is approximately what most serious BLMs sit at:
38 from trait, 10 from merits, 8 from neck, 10 ring, 12 earrings, 5 body, 7 hands, 7 Legs, 4 feet = 101 MAB

+30 MAB from Atma... and Affinity +4 staves are better. -20 MAB from non-merit spell, no Sorc Ring active, and you're getting closer to equity again. I don't assume a BLM with a Mythic would have much worse gear than above.

No hard data, but last night did an xp run with LS in Attohwa and we got 3 war 1thf and 1 or 2 blm feet before I left. We were only got ~5 or so amber kills and feet started showing up, and I think that all the feet we got were in small boxes. Looks like you can get a little bit of amber light and farm feet and still get a respectable number of blue boxes for TE/XP.

FFXIV is the same thing, just different casing. Hooking it up to your account should work fine.

Just spent ~100 minutes on feet in Misareaux... PLD, MNK, WHM. PLD killed a bunch of mobs for us with Sanguine Blade to get our Amber Lights up. Got a ton of small gold boxes, but they mostly contained random loot, augmented items, temp items and pop items... we got DRK feet early, but nothing else later on.

Can anyone suggest what I have probably screwed up in my update so that when I click on delivery box, my mog sack opens? Which means I now have no way of opening my D-box....(or my mules d-boxes which are all greyed out as they don't have mog sacks).
