I disagree. These are rewards from Dominion Notes, which, if they are anywhere near as easy to obtain as cruor and Resistance Creds, we're all going to have more of than we could ever possibly need.

I'd love to be able to play the lotto for something absurdly good with all my cruor, and if Dominion is as soloable and XP-rewarding as Bastion I'd be glad to chillax in it and get a kajillion Notes in the process.


EDIT: Think of it as an FoV augment system that has no time restriction and no cost other than tabs.

True, if the cost of getting these items is only Dominion Notes (which, like other things, will probably build to ludicrous amounts once you get all the other items you want) then getting lots of NPC-able crap with the remote chance of something good is better than sitting on a shit-ton of DN that have no other use.
