Gladiator Block, Perry and Evade question..

Has anyone ever parried or evaded while guarding? If not whats the point, i dont know about you but i try to keep gaurd up at all times.. Can anyone confirm being able to evade or parry while guarding? If not im going to have to reallocate some of my dex skills into str and vit.. Because if u cant parry or evade while blocking to me that seems broken...

Not sure about parrying, seems only time I parry is when guard is down, but I am 99% sure you can still evade when guard is up.
