fought Rani for myself, this is the second time I've seen it rage today with the first being some jp group who tried earlier. got it to 25% before we called it.

Migiwari is consumed after one goes off, it if happens at the beginning of reaplication (40+ seconds on the timer) sub 25% it is possible that just from getting tp from hitting you it could TP again before you can get migi up. Yes, I'm assuming you're turned and not hitting it and yes I'm counting double mambo, it still hit me 50% of the time at increased att speeds.

In keeping with the quest nuttiness I just got a WHM body seal from Brygid. Perhaps body quests give 5 seals?

eh? there was at least 2 other LSes there killing the NMs (giants) for it to pop and other LSes working on getting it up well before your group came to take 30 min and kill one giant. But grats on being the first to rage it on quetz

I must have raised 14 or 15 people in your alliance during that fight :D Looks like a bitch to fight, we warped out when charm hit our alliance!

I think the pops for these NMs are pretty easy actually, we had our pop set in like 20 minutes max.

Came back the next day and got the 1st kill on the server. We have had the 1st wipe. But we learned a lot yesterday. Also got the 1st Hecate's Earring on the server. Congratulations Deadbeet!! =D

Btw, learned something about Meteor. It's a timed spell. It happens every 10% after 50%.


AKA: Meteor happens at 50% > 40% > 30% > 20% > 10%. He used them on the dot at those percentages.

Not sure if Charmga is % based or just random, but he didn't start using it for us until after 50% also. But he was spamming the fuck out of it near the end.

I'm fairly sure this is blatantly wrong. It can access meteor randomly, have had it do it at several weird %s, which i guess if it doesnt count hp healed then maybe that might be true, I kind of doubt it though. It can spam charm or use it very infrequently, shits random. Thornyy pointed it out earlier to me in /t's and it turns out he was right, it doesn't rage, it just gains gradual dt-% w/ resistences up, so basically raging w/o the actual rage. Guess I never noticed since I'm alt tabbing so much

Doesn't change much for the fight tho besides the fact that you have to deal heavy damage at the start to keep it going down fast enough to kill within a reasonable amount of time. Or you could just con it and the "rage" resets, but I guess this isn't an option if asshole LS' are on your server.
