I easily do enough damage to cap my CE/VE and after some tp moves the whm can still pull hate repeatedly (it is most apparent after chaosblade since cursna and cure 6 can both pull hate). Dragua's roar doesn't do anything to hate, it just dispels all buffs/food (excluding cruor and atma buffs)
Well, I proc on war, and go to fight dragua on mnk.
As far as war goes, I open w/ raging rush, then swap to proc weps. I can usually do 1 or 2 ws then i have to swap to gax again to get more hate. And sometimes though even w/ gax I'll lose hate like 2 seconds after a raging rush > voke.
Dragua himself is fine, though slowga and horrid roar multiple times in a row gets annoying fast.
Is there some kind of other requirement for Look to the Sky? I just hit fame 5, I've zoned a hundred times since Motherly Love (did it two nights ago), but Alisa just keeps saying "Please leave me be for a while" or whatever...
Any ideas?

What's my best Dragua brew job, which ws' and atma?
war or mnk
pluto's staff + Cataclysm
Cosmos + Ultimate + Smiting Blow
Shouldn´t Jinpu be great? Using a 100TP Bonus GK?
COR.
Ultimate/Cosmos/Beyond - Leaden Salute and win the game.
Cataclysm > Leaden Salute by a good measure.
Smiting Blow + Cosmos + Griffon's Claw's Claw are the best for both (assuming Griffon's Claw works for gun WS with a staff equipped.) Martial Staff > Pluto's Staff for Cataclysm (although Pluto's Still works alright especially considering you'll start each fight with 200TP+ probably,) Pluto's Staff + Martial Gun for Leaden Salute.
fTP for Cataclysm is 2.75 4.00 5.00, Leaden Salute is 4.00 4.25 4.75. 60% and 30% stat mods on them respectively.
Cataclysm, Pluto's Staff only, before MDB is applied.
Damage = ((90 + 2 + 509)*4.00+32)*10.00*1.15*1.2*1.4 = 47063
Leaden Salute, Pluto's Staff only, before MDB is applied.
Damage = ((90 + 2 + 254)*4.25+32)*10.00*1.15*1.2*1.4 = 29018
Cataclysm, Martial Staff
Damage = ((90 + 2 + 509)*5.00+32)*10.00*1.2*1.4 = 51021
Leaden Salute, Martial Gun, Pluto's Staff
Damage = ((90 + 2 + 254)*4.75+32)*10.00*1.15*1.2*1.4 = 32361
This is without any MAB gear or traits and without Ascetic's Tonic, but it should be pretty clear as to what is going to win in any situation. Gorgets/Belts and any MAB gear you may have for other slots will push numbers up more.
Leaden Salute's second term is 2*(Your AGI - Enemy INT), and I believe it caps much higher than 32. (As far as I know it doesn't cap?) It at least shoots up to 144. (Reference: http://www.bluegartr.com/threads/907...=1#post4315787) 999 - Enemy INT could theoretically go up to 850+ and then gets multiplied by all the terms like MAB, GC, Staff, etc...
I'm not sure what Cataclysm's second term is or the cap, but I know when I was brewing Drag /w you the other day, I ended up hitting an IT wyvern aggro for 64,000+ damage. I guess since the mods/ftp are known, it wouldn't be too hard to find the cap. (I believe Drag has 50% MDT, so my 100tp Cataclysms where hitting around ~55k normally, more /w extra TP.)
My guess is that Leaden Salute should win because of the second term, but I'm not 100% sure since I don't know Cata's second term or the cap on either~
Whoah, I see. Wasn't aware that dINT had been replaced by other terms in some weapon skills.
According to this page, http://www32.atwiki.jp/studiogobli/pages/103.html, Cata's second term is just the regular dINT with a cap of 32. This seems probable as your results with the gear you stated would be something like the following (assuming Ascetic's gives +10 MAB) and also if you happened to have 200% TP.
Damage = ((90 + 2 + 509)*5.2+32)*1.15*1.2*1.4*10.47 = 63863. A little bit off most likely due to Ascetic's Tonic or me using the wrong MAB.
Seems like there is no known cap stated here as well. Either way, that's pretty good info to know. It seems like the following weaponskills also have some other second term besides dINT, for people considering brews.
Cloudsplitter - 1.5 * (Your attribute - Mob attribute)
True Flight - 2.0 * (Your AGI - Mob INT)
Leaden Salute - same as True Flight
Garland of Bliss - 2.0 * (Your attribute - Mob attribute)
Sanguine Blade - 2.0 * (Your INT - Mob INT)
Omniscence - 2.0 * (Your attribute - Mob attribute)
Videohunter - 2.0 * (Your attribute - Mob attribute)
Wildfire - 2.0 * (Your attribute - Mob attribute)
I'm sure they're capped at some point as Sanguine Blade was pretty lackluster on Isgeband doing somewhere around 10k with brew (would have been closer to 20k or so if uncapped?)
I'm curious on the Clousplitter one since Sehra did some basic tests and we got estimates here: http://www.bluegartr.com/threads/907...=1#post4362947
It makes way more sense that it has a second term, I'm curious what the JP wiki has it for it. (Would be nice to confirm the actual ftp/mods/2nd term)
Oh, you're right, that was a mistake on my part. It's Primal Rend not Cloudsplitter.
JP wiki says Cloudsplitter is 40% STR 40% MND and no second term, fTP 3.75 5.00 6.00
Also, second terms for other WS.
Primal Rend - 1.5*(CHR-INT or maybe AGI)
Trueflight/Leaden Salut/Wildfire - 2.0*(AGI-INT)
Garland of Bliss\Omniscience - 2.0*(MND-MND)
Sanguine Blade/Vidohunir - 2.0*(INT-INT)
So my ls just helped me finish up my armegeddon and ill be repaying most of them by blowing up there lvl 85-90 trials with wildfire. My first nm will be drag and im curious of which atmas to use for him and if agil is my priority or mab? My next will be isebind and will i be using the same setup?
