It's pretty simple really, just curebomb the tank when its flying, I did it on mnk/war with no problem so shadows arent in any way needed. The info in the post further down about it locking on to its target when its flying is incorrect though, it is possible for mages to pull hate.

i been spamming it for like 10 bodies or so

usually i have a blm/brd when i trio box to proc yellow...i dont have THF most of the time when i trio box and i have never seen 0s

i think there isnt a time i have seen 0 ever since i fight empousa....alot of 1s tho due to no TH and proc but i can assure you that your case is definately rare ;O

shit doesnt apply to apademak tho...that piece of shit can drop 0 af+2 item with yellow proc and 0 horns most of the time. sometimes it only gives u a bomb ash -_-

No real lowman possibilities for triturator. It's designed to screw you and not give you cab fare afterwards. The way we finally took it down was to rotate tanks (DD tanks, obviously). One tank in, keep him up as long as possible, and when he goes down, switch in the next. If you have about 4 tanks you'll win, but it's a messy as hell fight. Stun draw-in so it doesn't nail everyone with scapula beam. His melee hits rotate terror/amnesia, so hate will be thready at best. Have BLMs watch their casts. Gravity aura prevents kiting, and he uses mighty strikes, invincible, and has a large-radius silence aura at the same time during this, pretty much shutting down cures. NOT fun. Toward the end i was getting hit on MNK for 1k/hit.

Tried Apademak today with NIN/MNK, BLM and WHM. Got it to 38% in 4 minutes. It tried to cast 7 or 8 spells, all of them were Stunned by the BLM. However, it used Lithic Breath anyways followed by Plague Swipe which wiped us. Dia II, Huton Ni, and Aero 3 were cast once on it. Trying to figure out how it leveled up anyways (again, not a single Stun was missed.)

Lithic breath has nothing to do with level up, only fulmination. Also, he might have levelled up once during pop (the first spell it casts during pop might be targeted on itself, assuming your popper ran out of range and never see the spell land).

I see. We did Stun the pop spell. So I guess it didn't even level up, just wiped us. How are you supposed to handle Lithic Breath?

WAT. I 3boxed it WAR WHM WHM just fine. Took like 5 minutes tops. It seems to get some sort of a damage boost each time it uses its 2 hour, so proc red and kill it before that happens.
