Is there a pre-req quest for "Brugaire's Ambition" or just Fame 3?

It seems the Prismatic Elixer you get from Brugaire's Ambition prevents Teekesselchen from using his Shock Spikes effect (and the accompanying enhanced attack speed)

Speaking of Brugaire, where exactly is he hiding? I've hit all confluxes and found 3 dominion spots, but this guy still eludes me and google.

How easy or difficult is this NM? Soloable or need a few people or a lot more?

Speaking of Brugaire, where exactly is he hiding? I've hit all confluxes and found 3 dominion spots, but this guy still eludes me and google.

He's standing slightly out in front away from the Dominion camp at L-6. And while were on the topic of hard to find NPC's in this zone Kuoh Rhel is at (G-7)for the DRK/WHM/??? hand seals repeat. And then the Eight of Clubs is at H-8. Kororo and the Eight of Hearts are at H-13.

Haven't seen this mentioned yet but Fleshflayer Killakriq (T3 moblin) drops Oirandori(NIN JSE weapon) and Siriti (SCH JSE weapon). Pretty easy fight, casts firaga3, addle-ga, and burn-ga. Crispy Candle seemed to be hate reset; other than that it was just a normal moblin.

How easy or difficult is this NM? Soloable or need a few people or a lot more?

I would say a MNK and WHM could easily duo, don't think its really soloable just due to his nukes.

Gee, its a goblin NM, what on earth could be related to it? Did you not stop and use your feeble little mind to consider at all that it could be related to the two goblin families in the zone?

Well I haven't attempted the Goblin NM's yet so that is why I ask since I can try to add these into my statics line up of NM's to do. And since I cannot find any information on this NM but and a bunch on the other two. I didn't feel it was a very stupid question.

It's a timed spawn of 15-20minutes once your server gets Bomblix Flamefinger(tier 2 goblin) to 100%. If your server doesn't even have Bomblix up, you'll need to get the tier 1 goblin, Burstrox Powderplate to 100% first.

Can this zone boss be grav'ed and/or Bound? Never fought it and wiki says it's best to kite it. Is it just really slow moving?

Amphirite? Whoever said that on wiki needs to be drug out back and shot. It's about as tough as CC is. Stand tank him and laugh at it.
