I have a "problem" that semi the same. I have a hard time finishing unless I'm on top missionary style. But I don't jerk off in a similar position at all. You do the same thing over time but in reverse.
Your body was trained gradually by positive reinforcement and repetition.
You would need to re-train your body/mind/desire by encouraging orgasm and masturbatory activities while your legs are not flexed.
It takes time of course, just like the learning did in the first place.
In stead of going all out and attempting to cancel the action at once, you have to practice a little bit at a time, un flexing your legs during orgasm and rewarding that behavior with positive stimuli.
