No, thats not my opinion at all. I'm saying that chances are good that the MAJORITY of attacks are against us forces or iraqi security forces which are not random civilians. Civilian causalities happen all the time from the usa side. Does that mean attacks were specifically for civilian causalities? No. Does it happen? Sure.

If anything, naming it Mecca is actually high praise. The nightclub owner apparently feels that the name Mecca confers grandeur and importance and carries such gravity in the public consciousness that the immediate implication of something being called Mecca is that it is the ultimate manifestation of something.
