you don't need to be at a fancy restaurant. just don't be a bitch and take care of your tables. It's really not hard to wait tables, the people that suck at it are the ones that dissappear for 30 minutes while you're waiting for a refill or pester you every 5 seconds.

Also know your hot spots, for me as a good looking young male i always shmoozed the older ladies and flirted with them for my big tips. It's not about getting a good tip at every table but like playing poker when you get a good hand, play it well.

I worked at a redneck infested bennigans in lakeland florida the meth cap of the world and i cleared 80-120 every night minimum. do that 4-5 nights a week 4-6 hours at a time.
