you can save her by visiting her before that and telling her to change her identity, and then when you visit her after the citadel attack she'll hook you up with gabby and what's his face and you get them back on the normandy (the engineers from 2)

I had Gabby and Ken from way before the Cerberus attack. I think the first time I went to the Citadel there was a message in the Spectre office which said my good word could pardon them. Clicked confirm, and presto, I have comedy Scottish engineer-talk in my engine room again.

I didn't even think to do the change identity route for Kelly. Have to do that the next run through.

If I import an ME3 character that I've already beaten the game with, do I keep all the stuff I purchased on the previous playthrough? Or do I lose all that? I've had a hard time making enough money to purchase everything in game. It's kind of irritating me.

That's good. I might try that, or just find a new ME2 save to DL as the game seems like it would be REALLY different if all the characters didn't survive from 1&2.

Or, do they just write around decisions to keep wrex and the rachnii queen? Like, Wrex survived, there was another rachnii queen out there? Do they skip a mission like jack's if she died in 2, or put someone that survived in it?

She dies anyway when Cerberus attacks the Citadel. You can talk to some refugees and one of them talks about how a Cerberus trooper walked up, asked her if she was Kelly Chambers, and when she said yes, shot her in the head. That was the moment when I said "FUCK THE ILLUSIVE MAN!" and swore to have his balls on a platter.

You get different characters. If Wrex died in ME1 you get his brother Wreav leading Clan Urdnot. If Mordin died you get a different Salarian STG guy. Joker calls him "not-Mordin." If Jack died then one of the students is doing all the leading in that section. Not sure what happens if you killed off Garrus and Tali in ME2. Don't really want to find out.

As for the Rachni Queen, the Reapers clone themselves a new one if you killed the last one on Noveria.

ugh... the galaxy at war percent goes down over time? Even when you arent playing the game? That's lame. I just want to beat the game before I put too much time in the mutiplayer but without not getting the ending with 100% :/

Not sure what happens if you killed off Garrus and Tali in ME2. Don't really want to find out.

I'm pretty sure no one replaces them. Their roles in the plot and conversations are just covered by Raan and Victus.

I can't stand this shit. Before the whole end sequence I had to play multiplayer for 2 hours to get back to 100%. 2 hours for 2 games to get 6%. 3 host disconnects, 3 sit around for five minutes while one asshole refuses to ready ups, and 2 frozen games. Not to mention how long it takes to actually get into a game sometimes. I was most unhappy.

So today I joined a multiplayer gold game. This guy was basically 3 shotting anything - brutes, banshees, 1 shotting the rest using a phalanx. No idea how he did it, he just said the weapon was bugged. Anyone seen/heard of this? was the easiest farm ever heh

First he was a human infiltrator (level 20). He switched to quarian engineer (level 12) for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th games. On his infiltrator, he used widow + phalanx in 2nd spot... on the engineer it was geth rifle + phalanx, but he always only shot with phalanx.

Never heard of anything like that, can't seem to find any information about the gun being bugged either (though I didn't do a lot of digging, just some cursory probing).
