Turian Soldier
- Starting encumbrance capacity increased from 40% to 55%

Reset Powers Card

Was about to post that. Tech armor needs buffing so badly since people were treating the turian sentinel like a gimp engineer with no tech armor builds which is just stupid, in fact I don't think I see anyone playing this class except for the rare full defense krogan. Frag grenade was already a beast before. Turian soldier could use more weight capacity because of how they lack no cool down powers.

Best part about this week is the premium spectre pack. MAYBE I can finally unlock Salarian Infiltrator and Krogan Sentinel.

I've found all of the armor skills in this game to be terrible, absolutely worthless shit aside from Krogan where its value is almost entirely in the dmg boost you get for turning it off.

I have another semi-ignorant question:
Those who are getting the Valiant, Javelin etc. post-event, did you get two free packs, or are you getting the superweapons from the 99k credits pack? (I got the general pack, and can buy the 99k pack, not sure if there's supposed to be another free pack or not)

edit: and, the higher tiered weapons, how much better are they? the ammo part is easily visible, but I can't really tell how much more damage my IV geth shotgun does from my original one?

I think the Javelin is listed as an "ultra-rare" that can still be obtained from Spectre packs but not often.

Valiant/hurricane/eagle/onemore are the n7 weapons from commendation packs (and only commendation packs), weapons like javelin/black widow are "ultra rare". Black widow is the best sniper rifle in the game, the damage it does/armor pierce/3 shots vs 1 make it disgusting in comparison to any other sniper rifles. As for a heavy pistol, I prefer the carnifex (does a shitton of damage for a pistol, while retaining a light weight). My lvl 8 carnifex on my asari adept lets me have 199% power speed bonus (need a lvl 9 for 200 I guess) The differences in weapons as you level them are slight, but they are there - for example with my black widow, my power speed went up about 5%, it carries an additional bullet, and the damage went up slightly.

By the way I tried the Vanguard build posted a few days ago and, even without everything in place, is pretty broken. I was wrecking bronze Cerberus pretty easily.

EDIT: If I have a Katana X and manage to get a Claymore I is it still worth changing over?

However, I'll be out of town til Tuesday after tonight, going to PAX this weekend...
