Sorta off topic, but has anyone changed their Origin ID before? I decided last night I wanted to change mine but when I try to I get an error that "we may be experiencing a high volume of requests or our service may be offline." Just wondering if its glitched or indeed, simply one of those two dilemmas.

I've always been biased against shockwave since it seemed derpy to me in past ME games, but with all of the recent buffs I need to revisit it

The shockwave buff didn't really do much. It increased damage a bit but the main issue was the range and radius which they didn't address. If they increase the damage/force/detonation again then it might be worth it. The justicars did most of the work in the video and that map + reapers made it easy mode with biotic detonation spam and bubble traps.

The only reason they would come out on top is because they were opening up the explosions and of course whoever starts it gets the points... but that was the whole plan.


Not to mention, he's going to upload a gameplay of the same thing on firebase dagger, he says it doesn't really too very much what map it is as long as you play it right.

AND he says right in there that reapers is the WORST faction for the shockwave stuff as apparently he's been running this build against all factions.

Uh yes, they do, do most of the work. They set up that biotic detonations with godly reave and bubbles something the batarian sentinel can't do efficiently.

Haha, okay... so next time I run around putting mah area reave on things and popping out bubbles I'm going to tell my team that I'm doing all the work and see how they feel about that.

You could have definitely just as easily spammed throw for the exact same effect they were going for.

Not really... shockwave puts out more damage and can set off 3 explosions off one shockwave where throw will get a max of two.
I know you hate to admit it but shockwave is better for what they were doing which is why they used shockwave.

Why would I hate to admit anything? This is the first time I've spoken on the matter. I'm just saying, could've used any biotic finisher on any class for what they were doing. The Justicars were mandatory though.

The Justicars were not mandatory, put a Drell Adept in there and you have the same capability...
The warp bubble is nice and all but as weak as it is (and yes, it does affect the explosion damage), it ain't the best opener. If you can get enemies to sit in it, cool... but you can detonate multiple explosions off of reave and other powers as well.

Trust me when I tell you they used the best classes for the job, both opening and closing because of the abilities. Shockwave being one of them.
Neither class was required for it and neither class woulda made that run godly without the other and that was the whole point of using both.
