You know that whole concern kinda gets at the crux of the whole issue in some sense. It's obvious that a lot of the effort of the game went into scenes that a lot of people won't ever see because of their own choices. I knew coming into 3 that there were going to be challenges getting everything in that people would expect. Like stuff like Wrex's betrayal. I never felt compelled to play a game where that outcome happened, but the attention to stuff like that was necessary. Though I still think these issues could have been forgiven had they actually handled the ending better or at least not in a way that makes me want to rip my hair out even 3 months after the game came out.

I find it sad that the series won't be remembered for how great it was. It's going to be remembered for the colossal fuckjob Bioware laid on it's fans in the last ten minutes. Ten minutes destroys how many years of work and praise. Sad.

If they simply took out the last 5 minutes everybody would be happy. The fix is actually very easy to do. That's why I don't understand the major rage towards the ending. Sure a lot of it sucks, but it's 5 minutes of CS. Just forget about it.

I mean, it could very well be all PR speak thats vaguely worded in a way to paint Bioware in a positive light, while still giving us what we want (they have practice doing this with SWTOR). We could very well get up to the Citadel and find everything to be replaced with new versions of those cutscenes, starchild replaced by Harbinger (yesplz!!), along with the extra stuff that they promised us. Maybe its just me being hopeful, but I do think they've been vague enough to pull something like that off. Driving force behind that thought is the 1.9 gig file size. I really just cannot fathom where all of that is going to go.

Hardest part of this event is finding 3 other people to play Terminus races in a PUG. Ended up soloing a geth silver with kroguard for my clear. I'll help anyone playing on PC that wants clear (except while England are playing).

QTF again imo. I'll get the "new and improved ending" but I hold great reserve to it actually being good. Part of me still thinks that some sort of IT is possible and that BW is going to bust out a DLC at the +1 year after release mark. By that time people will have moved the issue of the ending into the back of their brain and it'll be this huge surprise. Not saying it will happen, but I could see this occurring.

if they said there is more closure to the current ending, and that some endings will differ now.. i just don't want to be disappointed more then i was when i first beat it. if it makes sense then i just hope the multiple endings will actually be different this time

AHA! played and got my squad goal in a total of 12 mins with 7 hours to spare... not that it matters after 5 n7 cases to get my hurricane 2 and w/e the fuk the SG is lvl 3 that I never use... I use AR, Sniper and Pistol, never smg or SG so that's what I get in my n7 cases...

After just getting the ending last week for the first time, I thought the "new DNA" option was fine, they just shouldn't have given an option if it was going to be such a similar ending imo. Or, had much different endings for the options. Still upset about how they phoned-in the romance endings if you weren't with one of the trimmed-down crew members.

You should reconsider trying the Hurricane SMG, it is damn good now. Prettymuch use it on most of my softer power centric classes since you don't need as much range and it is powerful enough to put down tougher enemies that get close. It's pretty damn good on any class really.

Hurricane is a beast up close. I wish I had it fully upgraded. I use it on my engineer and my concussive shot soldier.
