Might be the worst character in the game considering decoy and drone were nerfed several times so melee monsters and bosses completely ignore it now and drone is crap for damage.

Also they release Alternate Appearance Pack 1 for SP.

Operation: PRIVATEER (November 23rd-25th)

Cerberus’s hit-and-run attacks in the Terminus Systems have tied down a disproportionate number of local fighting ships and operations. We can spare only a small, elite force to eliminate the enemy. This force has the secondary objective of analyzing and finding a weakness in Cerberus’s kinetic barrier technology, which is key to bringing down large-scale hardened barriers.

Individual Goal: Earn 50,000 points versus any enemy with shields on any map, at any difficulty. Points are cumulative across matches. (Cerberus Centurion, Cerberus Engineer, Cerberus Engineer Turret, Cerberus Nemesis, Cerberus Atlas, Reaper Marauder, Geth Rocket Trooper, Geth Hunter, Geth Pyro, Geth Prime, Geth Prime Turret, Geth Prime Rocket Drone, Geth Bomber)

Allied Goal: Complete 50,000 cumulative total extractions of Batarian, Vorcha, or Turian characters.

Special Circumstance: None

Individual Goal Success: All individual players awarded a Commendation Pack and Corsair banner

Allied Goal Success: All players awarded a Victory Pack and the potential max capacity for Ops Survival Kit will be increased to 6.

Yeah. Basically any time Miranda says something like "Any biotic can do it" or "Anyone with tech skills can do it" she's wrong and you have to use a specialist in that field. Her advice on that whole mission is terrible, which is why I didn't give her command of the soldier group, either. My man Garrus had that shit down. Didn't lose anyone.

Ah, I see. I guess my confusion came from the assumption that whoever was on shield duty- if not the specialist, was the one who got taken by the swarm. I always chose Jack or Samara so I haven't seen any deaths from that part.

All the other biotic characters are closer to vanguards or sentinels- they have combat or tech skills as well as biotic. Samara and Jack are adepts. It was a bit of a no-brainer to me.

Mass Effect 3: Omega launches today, and its been hailed by Bioware as the largest expansion to date for the action-RPG; however, it wasn’t originally four hours long nor 2GB in size, according to producer Fabrice Condominas.

Speaking with Polygon, Condominas said the team behind the Omega DLC was given free reign to explore the story of Aria and Omega Station.

“We had a lot of feedback asking to know more about Aria and Omega and we decided fairly early on making this a personal history of Aria and the Station,” he said. “But the game at its current size was not the original goal.

“Around the first 1/3 of the project when we first validated the writing we realized we needed to include strong moral choices throughout the game and didn’t ask ourselves how long this would end up making it.

Condominas said it was a “luxury” to have such developmental “freedom” in the industry, and the only thing which restricted the team were the size limitations set my Microsoft on Xbox 360 – which is 2GB.

Dear nameless scrubs playing Platinum on Firebase Rio, if you don't know what you're doing stay in the cargo container. Do not bitch when you die out in the open too far away for anyone to come and get you. This is not Bronze. Understand that you may actually need to use some of your precious missiles to clear objective waves. And above all else if you're coming as a Volus you better be spamming shield boost instead of loading up with a widow/claymore combination wondering why we're kicking you.

Been playing a bit of multi. Seems like cheating is still rampant in a drop a heavy in a single AR clip kind of way.

How do you get a picture next to your name in the lobby? I'm pointed out as nub by my lack of pic, low medal score seeing as how I haven't played since it was implemented and lack of new weapons. Also, is gear mod equipment reusable? It's a gold card from packs and I assume it's not a consumable...

The gear mod slot isn't consumed on use. As for getting a picture, you get the picture associated with your title; once you are in multiplayer, go to "challenges" at the bottom of the screen. Each time you successfully complete a new challenge, you unlock that title, and the picture associated with it.

re: cheating... now that I think about it, I'll bet a Harrier with armor piercing, damage buff gear and damage buff consumable could probably drop a Brute / Prime in a matter of seconds.
