I really hope they don't pull a vendor specific preorder again. This set is looking good for my worst case scenario Renegade but my Paragade character is an Infiltrator.

Unfortunately you should already be disappointed. That's exactly what they are.

The M55 doles out rapid-fire bursts of pain to enemies and is available for pre-order from all retailers. Exclusive to Gamestop are the stat-buffing N7 Defender armor and the high-caliber N7 Valkyrie (both of which also come with the collector's edition). PC gamers get their own pre-order exclusive AT12 Raider shotgun, if they plunk down cash in advance on EA's Origin digital distribution service.

You and your buddies will get the chance to take down the Reaper's invasion of Earth when Mass Effect 3 hits on March 6th.

They also said a while ago that everything can be done in single player, so it's not really a concern unless you want to do multiplayer.

Its this. Multiplayer isn't required at all in ME3 and you can still get the complete/best ending just playing solo.

One of the problems is if you get banned on the Origin forums, your entire Origin account is also banned & you'll be completely locked out off all your games. This also includes offline single player.

Isn't that true for Steam too? I don't really use Steam but thought if your steam account gets banned you lose your games too.

^ Pretty much, but people want to be free to either:

1) Troll away without fear of reprisal
2) Legitimately complain about a game or an aspect of a game without fear of ban-happy moderators potentially "silencing dissension" on forums.

The first, I absolutely despise. The latter, I fully support.

Origin will probably be required. I know when i bought BF3 on amazon digital download it immediately opened origin and started copying files I just downloaded over to the origin folder. Really hoping this isn't the case for ME3.
