Fucking love Mordin. After playing the demo multiple times, I am now on ME3 blackout.
Dunno who said something about the size of the reapers and that they looked smaller, but youre wrong. After playing the demo, the size of em is awe inspring
I was looking for the size difference as well, but its hard to say. Assuming Sovereign was the same size as the other reapers, I think the size difference matches up fine. I think its just hard to compare the size of the Citidal, or at least the presidium tower, to the buildings on Earth.
Then again it could be numerous scaling problems. The size of the Normandy compared to Sovereign, compared to the Citidal does seem a little off.
aparently its not

no reason given
Can't complain about the voice acting of Mordin in the demo. However, I stopped after the first SP-part cause i don't wanna play this with a fucking controller.
Pre-Order on Origin and get BF3 for free!

Is the PSN demo up yet? Or is there a way to play PC demo without origin?
I caved and downloaded the demo. Have yet to play it.
ME3 demo is up on the psn via search only.
Lots of people dling, 1.7gigs is taking 45 minutes. Meh.
I got to play the multiplayer on the xbox its not bad acturrly, Wierd progression though you only start off with either a human male or female in any of the classes and you unlock the others due to random chance which is kinda lame if you want to play as a specific race.
Its wave based mostly but every 3rd wave or so its spices things up a bit by either give you 4 enemys to kill/points hacked in a set amount of time or this KOTH style thing where you have to stay and defend near a hacking point to fill up this bar. Anyway you get credits for doing these things with bonuses for time which you use to buy these boxes of random stuff (Two kindas atm both have 5 items in the but one which is 4x the price of the other tends to have better items) which can be anything from consumables and one game only buffs like ammo types to weapon mods, new weapons and new charecters.
You also get exp for everything you do which is just used to upgrade your powers luckly this exp is shared between all charecters of the same class, also different races of the same class have different powers though they all share their trade mark abilitiy like charge my drell vangaurd has some cluster biotic grenades (very fun to use) and pull where as my human has shockwave and this new nova Aoe move.
Heath system is different to ME2 its like haloreach this time around your sheilds/barrier will recharge to full but your health won't im not sure how you get back lost health in singleplayer but in multiplayer you only get it back to full at the end of each wave unless you use one of the consumeables although you only get these in limited supply through the random mystery box thing I mentioned earlier.
Also If you remember that 'DLC' that was metioned coming with the ME3 figures the way they described it sounds exactly like the mystery boxes in multiplayer which are very easy to get doing all eleven waves on bronze missions (not necessarily a walk in the park) gives you at around 15k credits when the lesser boxes only cost 5k, not worth worrying about really.
You use first aid kits to recover the health bar in single player.
Think I'm going to save my money and pass on ME3. Humanity has no chance against the reapers.
Humanity has heart and will power though!
But I agree, they would've been better off with Locke as their leader rather then Shepered.
Checked out the ME3 demo on PC now that I tested it on brobox the other day. So glad I'm getting it for PC. Controls with mouse & kb are soo much better. Also game looks beautiful as shit. Looks great on consoles, but even better on PC. Then I hook my laptop up to the 46" LED TV I just got. Mother of god... I cannot WAIT til the 6th.
At the end of the first half of the demo gives me chills every time. Literal chills. The music, the content, everything. Kyo, tell your EA masters I must have this game now! It's gone gold so it should be possible!![]()
I disagree, I thought that the demo was unpolished on the PS3. Textures looked like shit, it felt like music was missing from key scenes, and what's even worse is pop ins during cutscenes. I was also expecting a CG intro, but everything seemed to be in-engine.
The gameplay felt solid as always, but there's not much they needed to do with it. I like feeling the recoil on the pistol with my controller, I thought that added a nice touch. After reading the leaked script, and playing two parts of the game, I think i'm going to take a pass on this entry.
Played the PS3 demo, Graphics and the setting looked fantastic, its improved much more since ME2. Mordin's VA thing was the only disappointing thing besides a little animation lag during CS. The combat has improved sooooooooo much though, its much more responsive, faster, and exciting. I don't understand why you people read the WHOLE story before the game comes out. The story is part of the whole experience and well you guys just ruined it for yourselves.
Played the multiplayer a bit and its challenging. Beware of the grenades.
I have had my PC collectors edition sitting on my desk for three days without being able to open it, that ends today. So damn busy with the launch of the Vita, Kingdoms of Amalur work, (DLC coming), and the Mass Effect 3 launch. I'll play the brobox version when it releases on the 6th.
Also, I too have never understood why people ruin games for themselves story wise, I hardly watch anything on games before they release anymore.
