On a side note, my god, I cannot wait until this game comes out. It looks like I will have to pay for the day 1 DLC. However, I really don't care. It's $10, and hey, businesses try and make money any way possible.

Never pre-ordered a game in digital format before. I know they allow you to pre-load the game a couple days in advance, but will they unlock the game at 12:01 A.M. tuesday morning?

Thats normally the case. They do it at midnight PST tho

Finally unlocked Krogan after rolling every other alien first. Headbutting shit with a Claymore+Incendiary as backup is just so fun.

Guess I should start working on the backlog of stuff from Steam sale rather than a demo between now and release lol. Also, fuck EU release date.

Okay I take back what I said about Human Engineer, maxed out Overload now along with the Combat Drone and it was tearing shit up on Bronze, haven't had a chance to try it on Silver or Gold yet but early impression is really good at least.

Had a team of 2 Krogan Soldiers (one shotgun, one handgun), an Asari Adept (handgun), and a Salarian Infiltrator with a sniper rifle...soooo much fun. We tore shit up in 4 straight matches on bronze (laugh if you want I'm terrible). First time I've been on a squad that's won more than 2 in a row...or hell, a squad that has stayed together for more than 3 matches even. I am really enjoying Krogan bitch slapping everything to death and carnage spam.

Has anyone found a way to assign abilities to hotkeys in multiplayer?

I keep running into a bug where, after playing a round with a group and then switching to another race/class, the only ability that I have hotkeyed is the one in slot '2'. It's really annoying when I get in a group I like, then end up bailing after the first ten seconds of the second round due to this.

Engineer was my second favorite class on the demo after Krogan Soldier, although I never unlocked any other aliens. I really miss having the rocket drone when I'm not on it
