The mystery surrounding Tali's face was one the main things the people were wanting. And to have it all be a stock image is rage inducing for the Tali faithful out there.

Maybe i guess it does make it a bit cheap but then again they could of just taken a photo themselves of a model and painted on that instead and it would be no different, and people seamed happy with the result no? at least badkarma and uzor did.

Edit: also that winter space image isn't even the same image, similar theme and composition, inspired by no doubt but not stolen
the mass effect image is still an original piece by that I mean its not a manipulation of the other one

"It is possible to get the best ending in single player without playing multiplayer, but it’s twice as hard. All your War Assets only count for 50% of their potential value. "

@Tyrath: that's quite reassuring. It's not that I'm against multiplayer and I might even hit it up sometime, but at present I just don't have the time.

Not happy about what I am reading about multiplayer, but no rest for the wicked I guess.
Question for those who tried it already: Can you start with multiplayer, build war readiness all over the place, so that when you start the single player campaign, you no longer have to worry about it, or are various multiplayer arenas unlocked throughout the singleplayer campaign so you constantly have to jump between the two?
(it should be in the mail when I get back home after work, but fuck waiting that long to find out!)

not reading anything in this thread: just chiming in to say I fucking love this game. Got about 9 hours of game time so far and I am loving everything about it. Its great to see all the old characters from the first and second game, as well as a number of characters and location from the books.

The lack of text chat was really annoying in demo. Made it just seem a lazy console port.

The Tuchanka level had been the best so far(just will say if you had everyone survive it is soo worth it), and that doesn`t even say much when every level(after mars) has been fucking great. Second to that is(dont think saying this spoilery) is that Citadel level, fucking go Thane!
Bioware should be fucking proud shit improved just about everything over ME1 and 2.

Yeah basically this game so far seems to be an improvement of ME2 in terms of gameplay. My only gripe is not all of my favorite characters are squadmates, but I don't know what a lot of people are bitching about.

I've had a few bugs, especially when modding weapons. Barrels that increase damage not actually increasing damage on the bar graph to the left.

Loving the game about 300x more than I did ME2. Doing nothing but sidequests and shit and non-N7 stuff. So much faster paced and I love how much quicker i can use abilities. Loving my vang, can't wait to start my infiltrator soon.
