I guess maybe the one where Shepard survives could be considered best, but then you wipe out the geth, EDI, and any other synthetics out there. hardly my definition of best.

LOL. He speaks the truth, blowing up every relay in the galaxy is gonna cause some shit.

Seriously, right up to the kid, the game is a tight as it's gonna get - even if you accidentally fuck over the Quarians because you 'didnt know'. BioWare said you'd be able to increase your success at the end, just like the other ME's, but they should have said 'reduce your degree of failure'.

After solving several galactic confrontations, some of them involving AI, choosing to wipe out synthetics/become the Illusive man and take the reapers/everybody becomes The Illusive Man through dna, oh and destroying the Relay system are not choices Shepard would make. Anderson even says "There's always another way..." in the TIM confrontation, just before he makes you shoot him. Was it a foreshadowing? That Shepard could find an equitable solution where TIM succumbed to his desire to strengthen humanity?

You spend the whole game fighting fate (and if you get the really good endings - successfully fighting fate, I might add), only to submit to it at the end. If the kid is the form the reapers chose to talk to me, I don't want anything to do with him or his fucked up options. The Shepard of the other 99% of Mass Effect would find another way.

Yes, that's about the 75% mark. I also STRONGLY suggest you get your reputation above 90% before finishing the Geth/Quarian section.

When you're given the option to Directly attack Cerberus - that's the end game.

You spend all of ME2 being shittalked by Harbinger, the game building him up as some kind of leader of the Reapers, making him this huge badass overlord... and then he's in ME3 for like 10 seconds, says nothing.

Edit: Also, I would consider Synthesis the "best" ending since that leads to some kind of enlightenment or something- it's not really clear on what exactly it does- and it's not TIM's plan. Control isn't too bad either (relatively), but it doesn't really help solve the "problem." I think Destruction is the worst ending, tbh, even if Shepard survives. You kill EDI, plus the Geth, whom I spent a LOT of time trying to save (While maintaining Tali as my paramour), and you don't solve the "problem." Like I said, they're all awful. I don't think there is a "best" ending.

^ Easily one of the biggest disappointments of the game for me. Just read someone post this on reddit, pretty much agree:

Does Tali have to be alive to have the Geth & Quarians coexist? My ME2 save had a dead Tali & I was only able to choose one (I choose the Geth, now my crew hates me).

Aside from melee Krogan Soldier and Biotic Charge/Nova Vanguard, anyone have any fun multiplayer classes they enjoy? For now I'm really enjoying two classes.

1. Infiltrator w/Raptor (Extended Barrel & Piercing Mod)
- Tactical Cloak maxed with Damage, Recharge Speed, and Sniper Damage
- Alliance Training maxed with Damage & Capacity, Headshots, and Weapon Damage
- Fitness maxed with Health and Durability traits
Tears through everything with Tactical Cloak up. Using only the Raptor with no secondary gives you a 4.17s recharge speed on the cloak. The only things that would give you any sort of annoyances are Phantoms and Banshees.

2. Turian Sentinel w/Revenant (Stability Damper & Magazine Upgrade)
- Turian Veteran maxed with stability skills
Unload all your bullets.
