Yahhh loving the realistic environments. Those made Tricky so good back then!

Seriously though, this is yet another game I'm confused about whether I should look forward to it or not.

Matter of waiting to see what we're expecting as a final product to hype it or not. I for one am looking forward to it, but my opinion may change in the end if the end product isn't looking promising. If they recreate the insane fun that they did in SSX/Tricky/3, then i'm for sure getting this game.

Well I like how they're using the same old characters (Kaori Nishidake = fun) but I dislike their new designs.

Kaori for example. Kaori looks older (noo! they aren't aging the characters are they??!).

Plus I hate how they don't show their face this time ("realistic" I know) and from the gameplay videos I've seen I haven't really heard the characters yell random things (which I liked from previous games).

Also will there still be racing against each other and hitting each other?

Edit - One thing I liked about SSX3 (for example) is the character interaction. Characters would say certain things when they race pass or are near other characters (they're specific too and address said character by name).

Finally I dislike the fact that the title is simply "SSX".

Now it's going to bit confusing on youtube or google to search for videos or other stuff (not that big of a deal since usually PS3 or 2012 is usually one of tags but they could have just stuck with a subtitle or something :\).

I seemed to have misplaced my pants after watching that trailer. Seriously, game looks so good even in alpha. Very smooth transitions between tricks and holy hell at the score on those tricks.

I wish the wave that happens when they land was a bit more pronounced, but what-evs. I hope they make it more flashy, Tricky had fireworks D:

After my initial reservations, I think I might actually pick up this game.

Any chance a mod wants to remove "Deadly Descents" from the thread title since EA smartly removed it from the game title?
