Falling off the map?

Is this happening to anyone else?

The geometry just won't load when I approach a streamed main zoneline (in the situation above, there was no bridge between the TBS and the first pillar, just an empty gap), and in some other places like the Limsa Lominsa souq. Doesn't always happen, but at the very least every other time. I can either stop and wait for about 20 seconds until everything loads, or I can run my merry way off the map. Happens on both my Intel SSD and a standard 500GB HDD.

I really want to play the game but I'm having so many damn issues to the point where it's just unplayable. Stuttering, freezing, camera vibrating when descending terrain, and the above. I've tried everything I can think of, including reinstalling OS and changing most components. I'm having no issues with any other games.

I havent experienced anything like this but i've seen people in odd parts of the map. Like in the ocean, running around.
