    I have a job. I am so fucking angry that I'll be alone for Christmas yet another year, while he gets to spend it surrounded by friends and family. Really doesn't seem particularly like anyone is on my fucking side after all the shit that went down here.

    I live in a military community, krye. I wouldn't expect you to understand this as a sheltered child, but nobody is really from here. All the people I know will be or already are traveling. My family is a 15+ hour drive away. If I'd had more notice, I wouldn't be in this situation.

    Yes, the military protective order against my husband (similar to a civilian restraining order) was extended today, and since he is staying in MD with his family, I will be unable to visit them.

    I would have needed closer to 2 weeks to arrange to drive down and see my family, or really go anywhere for more than a day. I have pets and I work the 24th and 26th. So, yeah.

    I would invite you to dinner at my parents' house but they would be like OH MATTHEW I AM SO GLAD YOU ARE FINALLY SETTLING DOWN AND BRINGING A GIRL OVER FOR US TO MEET. and then they would see your wedding ring and it would be real confusing. you are more than welcome to meet up with my friends and I at a bar that night if we go to a bar that night. I really have no idea what we will be doing though.
