Honestly, I could see Atlanta losing their first game. Granted I hope not.
and shit all over the Falcons? Why? God knows it's not for how they treated him, lol
Nah. The Eagles can take advantage of the Falcons in a few key areas, if they can get up early and keep Turner in check then that bodes well for them. In all honestly, the Falcons are basically right next door but outside of Roddy White and Harry Douglas they suspect as fuck. The wildcard in them is having a LB in your base defense or a nickel back that can stay with Gonzlalez and bring him down when he does catch it. When they win its because they get up early and can feed the burner Turner down your throat for 3 quarters or the LB loses sight on Gonzalez down the seam for 25 and then again for a long TD. Same if he's covered by a CB, they let him catch and try that arm tackle bullshit and he gashes you for 15 and BAM! over the top to White or Douglas.
The Eagles can put Asante on Roddy and have that safety or LB watch Gonzo since Asante doesn't get Mike Jenkins'd that often, there is not much need for much help. Vick and DJax on turf though, woooooooooo
Vick starting in Atlanta in the playoffs is too much of a ratings draw, especially if it's the championship. It's gonna happen.
Agreed. Honestly, the only team I know for a fact the ATL could take care of is the NFC West winner. The two wild cards this year (assuming the Packers get in) being Green Bay and NO is just fucking huge, and then you've got the Iggles to contend with, and the Bears. Seriously.. a tough year to deal with the NFC playoffs, surprisingly, at least for the Falcons.
He still gets tons of respect in Atlanta, though. The ATL just got lucky as fuck that they landed Matty Ice.
With Kolb finishing with somewhere in the range or 232 passing yards on the game.
Win's a win baby
Hey miz
I yearn for the day where 1000 yards 7+ TDs is terrible, and without your starting QB for >half the year and a 3rd stringer for 1.5 games.
