It requires a Guildwork Premium account.

1. Join Guildwork
2. Add your character
3. Sign up for Premium
4. Download & Run Guildwork Client

Semi off-topic, but I signed up for guildwork a few days ago and could never find a link to download the client. I had to find your post on FFXIAH and use the link there. Is there a link right under my nose that I failed to see? If not it would be nice if there was a link somewhere on my user home page or something.

You are actually right. Guildwork Client does not have a direct link on Guildwork at the moment. Should probably add it now since it has a major feature.

Will this only work for the one character who is paying or can I use it on any character?

It works for your Guildwork account and any char attached to it.

If you log on someone else's character that is attached to another Guildwork account it will not work.

So I can attach multiple characters to one guildwork account then? Sorry for the silly questions, my work blocks guildwork which I find pretty amusing.

Yup you can attach as many as you want.

The feature is also quite usable from an iPhone or Android. I hope to create a pure mobile version soon, but this works great for now.

Mind setting up commands to allow shout/yells? Also sometimes it seems to misparse the person who last sent a tell and forces you to cycle ctrl-r on reply.

I can add shouts if people want it, I just assumed it might be wasteful. Any particular reason you want that one?

well this is awesome. I will be using this on my phone all the time now. Having to /l every time is annoying though even with /cm l set

Is there an ability to setup alerts? It would be great if there was the ability to have an alert if a keyword was written. I would much rather play with my kids rather than watch the screen for a VNM shout or a call for assistance from the LS.

More premium features are definitely coming and price will not go up.

I had an idea of adding pattern matching that would trigger a SMS. Any interest in that? Since SMS cost extra money for me to provide there would probably be a limit, but I was thinking up to like 50?
