Graphic problems in FFXI need som advice?

Hello everyone, before I explain what my problem with the graphics in FFXI are, I'll let you know what type of PC system i run on.

1. Operative System: Windows 7 Home Premium - 64bit version
2. Computerscreen: 17 Inch View Sonic flatscreen
3. Motherboard: MBAM2 Gigabyte GA-MA770
4. Processor: AMD Phenom(tm)II x4 940 Processor 3.00 GHz
5. Memory: DDR2-1066 Kingston 2GB PC8500 Hyper X, Total of 8GB Ram inside this PC.
6. Powersupply: Is on 750W
7. Current driver version is 263.99 (Updated today)
8. Graphic Card: Nvidia GF GTX 460 1GB DDR5

When i bought this PC it was born with a different grapich card called Nvidia GF GTX 285 1024NB PCI-E, but this series seemed to have a driver problem, so the gamestore changed my graphic card to the following card wich is listed above.
My old card used to run FFXi in windower mode with very few problems, the this current problem I have never seen before, I've tryed many things like taking a different version on drivers, changed cabels etc.. I've just re-installed FFXI and windower from scratch last night. When I log into the FFXI are everything great the pol window looks like it use to, but when I come to the screen where I have to select wich charter to play it all gets blurry, and also the same when enter the acctual game.
Funny thing is that the menues ingame are not having any issues, but when I'm looking on the graphic around the menu and mobs they are all blurry kinda like the resolution seems to be way to low, but also tryed to change this. I have turned of everyting inside Nvidid control panel and tryed to find out if that was working but no luck so far.
I know FFXI is an older game and also far behind when it comes to the graphic things, but senseit used to have a fair screen before with the orginal 285 card and could play with no problems, and now when getting a new card all goes crashing on me.
I'm seeking help and advices from all of you and hoping this might help my sitsuation.

Her is one picture I manege to get, when I took the pic windower/Pol closed down But look on the bushes and the mobs names its all so sad to see, so any suggestions? I run on EU client and resolution is current 800x600 I also run it in Admin mode. Thanks!

Start > Programs > Final Fantasy XI Config >

Go to Resolution, change it to the resolution you want your game running in. If you plan on running it in windowed mode, change the resolution to that size. This is if you're planning on running the game in windowed/fullscreen mode via Square Enix client.

Now go to Effects & Textures, turn everything up. Your graphics card should be able to process and run FFXI in full settings with no problem. Do this as it effects Windower and regular FFXI.

After this, run the Windower GUI. Turn Environmental Animations to Smooth and Texture Compression to Uncompressed. Change the other settings to your liking.
