What's Better?

Probably not the best way, but I have one macro for Counterstance, Focus, Dodge and Impetus. When Focus and Dodge wear, I pop another macro for Bergressor. When Counterstance wears, I pop the first macro again and just cycle through that.

Couple of MNK questions...

Probably never asked: What's the best way to manage Berserk/Focus/Impetus/Aggressor?

It seems like a waste to use Focus and Aggressor at the same time, and you can bascially have one or the other up at all times... However, is it more effective to say... use Impetus and Aggressor, then once that wears off, to use Berserk and Focus... (and if the fight lasts any longer, Berserk and Focus will start overlapping if you reuse Impetus along with Focus once Aggressor is back up)... or is it just better to use Impetus, Berserk and Aggressor all at once, and use Focus during the cool down for those three abilities?

Probably asked a thousand times: With the changes to Crit Damage, what's the atma choice for MNK now? RR/GH/AA, RR/SS/AA or RR/SS/GH?

I go with Aggressor/Berserk/Dodge, and Focus/Impetus. I Chi/Counterstance whenever they're up.

I stick to RR/GH/AoA most of the time. I find Counterstance gets dispelled a lot and GH helps soften the blow.

Ganesha's Mask with 4/5 AF3+2 on MNK should be better (or the best TP set?) than 5/5 AF3+2 now right? Capped haste, some HP and at least 20 attack... It's so ugly...

I'm sitting at 28% Haste on NIN using the usual suspects. Until I get myself a pair of usukane boots is there an upgrade that I'm not thinking of? Haidate vs. +2 Hakama maybe...but lose out on one more piece of meh set bonus? Not sure how that maths out. I'm sure if not dDEX capped capped Haidate would win but in abyssea?
