sea daughter is better than 20 stp i think, but the 10% extra crit rate seems good :D
thanks
and btw, will normal cruor buffs hit the cap str for ranger? will VV be needed to cap?

fSTR and fSTR2 cap occurs at the same amount of dSTR (fSTR2 just increases at roughly twice the rate as dSTR.) [103/9] = 11, => dSTR cap = 2(14+2(11)) = 72. Cruor buffs in Heroes zones can give up to +70 STR, so maybe, depending on your WS gear and situation.
Also Store TP +7 for maintaining x-hit builds
dDEX is uncapped in most situations where fSTR is uncapped, making it a less obvious choice than all that.
Nimue's Tight's vs. AF3+2, AF vs. AF3+2 and Scutzen Mittens vs. AF3+2 for QD?
How large the drop is relative doesn't matter. It is less than half a percent in actual output. That is far smaller than the margin of error we're dealing with by simply not knowing exact mob defense, and not using specific sets for every single individual mob's actual defense. Because it is too small to matter, the decision does not depend on your crit rate, taking away 30% bonus crit rate from RR would not change the decision at all, which is based on "how much benefit am I getting from the attack on grim", not "what is my crit rate". And of course, the increased crit rate in abyssea lowering crit rate's value by a quarter of a percent is also offset by the fact that crits do more damage in abyssea too. Inside abyssea or out, regardless of crit rate, the decision is about how much benefit you are getting from grim's attack.
4 MAB pants vs +1% chance of triple QD is actually very very close in average damage. In high MAB situation, AF3 will win by a very small margin. Outside abyssea, it'll lose by a very small margin. Schutzen Mittens is up to your preference since it's a utility piece, obviously AF3 will give higher average damage. I assume you mean AF1 hat, but AF3 will lose by a decent margin.

Vere, automatons don't do very much damage overall, especially if you have buffs. Speaking of which, what are you fighting where you are averaging 2400 APs? Are you using atmas just to try to boost your automaton's damage at the expense of your damage?
Whats the better augment for ACP body piece? I'll be using it for bluemage WS
acc / DA?
att / DA?
acc / att?
for PUP
Poppet Katars
or
T.M Hooks+2
I think its 15 delay, vs 1DMG and 2Attack.
I made this excel sheet to analyze quickdrawing and AF3+2. I think it's accurate, but I'm not 100% sure.

The MAB term assumes Atma of Ultimate
Assuming 1% activation for each piece past the first, Hat is going to be better and legs will not make much of a difference
Assuming 2% activation, lvl 90 Armageddon, oberon bullet, it seems like AF3+2 is going to barely be better than hat.
I would probably only use mars's over blitz if acc was a serious issue. Also what kind of buffs do you have normally, faster hit rate in fights that last over 60seconds would benefit more from the .5% of haste gained as opposed to a 1% bump in crit rate/4acc or 8 attack/acc. (I assume you're asking this in relation to outside of abyssea)
That's assuming it's a 2% activation rate per piece (after the 1st piece). I honestly have no idea on the activation rate, that's why I did calculations for both.
It also depends on the gun you use. If you have a Bedlam+2, then AF1 hat ends up being barely better than AF3+2 hat.
If the activation rate is 1%, AF1 hat is going to do better than AF3+2 hat. And, nimue's will barely outperform AF3+2 legs assuming max wizard's roll.
You should just play with the excel sheet yourself, editing it with your specific setup and figure it out. Personally I decided to save myself an inventory slot, so I assume a 2% activation rate (since I never saw any testing for this) and use AF3+2 + mirke.
