No it doesn't. Priests do. Maybe resto shaman do. Everything else lasts considerably longer, at least percentage wise. (2 seconds becoming 5 seconds is a biiiig fucking difference)
Feral and mages are a bit of a different issue, but they're just broken.
Where's the increase in paladin CC? Where's the increase in DK cc? Where's the increase in Druid cc? Where's the increase in priest/shaman/rogue/hunter cc?CC reduction talents were removed, but the amount of CC available to each class was increased.
Only people I can think of that got new CC are mages and wars. Lock I guess got a tiny bit more, I think. I've been gone for a while, HoG is newish right?
No argument here really, while it takes a couple extra seconds for it to happen, cleaves are still shitting all over everything, but that's mostly a result of wars and ferals being fucktarded.My priest is an utter failure with 3300 resil, so I leveled my paladin and it's not much better. Even with Sacrifice, Aura Mastery, and Divine Shield, there's still more than enough CC to keep me out of the game entirely. And there are cleaves that can outdps my heals without even using any interrupts on me.

Tanking is pretty fun now. And tbh, while most healers are struggling, I have a couple excellent ones I play with and the job they do in heroics is absolutely amazing. CC is really not even necessary at this point, given that tanks have all these major cd's on 30 sec to 2 min timers., I don't really want to devote 4 hours a night 3 days a week to raid, especially now that the new healing model makes healing absolutely not enjoyable.
The hardest part about pve by FAR is finding a group of good players that your times match up with. Do that, and there's no need to be raiding 12 hours a week unless you're into hardcore bleeding edge clearing content well before you're geared for it shit at this point. If you're spending that long otherwise it's because of fail.

I've had a 2v2 match start with a resto druid breaking stealth with a cyclone and my partner dying within that cyclone. It only gets worse in 3v3.
Paladins have rebuke as ret and avenger's shield as prot with a 20% chance to reset the CD every 3 seconds. Not sure if they fixed it yet, but last I checked you couldn't shift or freedom out of the snare and the silence didn't DR. With dark transformation, DK pets can interrupt with their leap and their stun lasts longer. Druids have an aoe silence via solar beam that doesn't end when you get out of it because of latency. Feral druids have an interrupt, all druids have instant roots. Shadow priests got a 4 second root when their mind blast crits, crits are guaranteed when they stack up mind spike. Holy got a 3 second disorient on a 15 second CD. All 3 hunter specs have scatter shot now as a baseline ability, along with a bunch of new pets that have shit like 5 second stuns. Felguards have a new stun. Rogues have 5 second garrote 5 second kidney 10 second smoke bomb prep 10 second smoke bomb, the only way to counter smoke bomb is to try to run into it which pretty much guarantees you're going to get CC'd out the ass before you make it halfway.
And all of this is made even worse by the removal of "Reduce X CC by 30%" talents. So everyone got new CC, and it all lasts long as fuck. In Wrath there were already plenty of teams that could lock multiple people down for 30+ seconds at a time, now there are even more teams that can do it.
