Few quick questions:

I know that !!'s aren't 100%, but does blue !! help with Loki's on Turul, or is it for the cape? (idk if cape is 100%), I'm 0/2 so far, but 2/2 on cape, proc'd blue on only one of the fights. Just curious if I should keep trying for blue, or to just kill the damn thing.

Also:

Raja and Rani pre-req NMs, rather than asking if they're all doable with MNK WHM RDM, are any of them not? Gonna start working on some sets soon, as they will soon be all that's left for Shinryu. (PS. If anyone on Odin is doing any of these soon and has 3, or maybe even just 1, slot available in their alliance, please let me know :< thanks! <3)

the discoid chariot in grauberg might be an issue, maybe not if you all 3 get hit by it, but my whm came in to auspice me and i had migawari up, chariot did discoid and whm took 9.5k dmg, so take that how you will. all of the other ones should be no problem. and yes, blue is definitely for kaftan

Julian, I've proc'd blue on Turul 6 times and gotten 5 loki's out of it, so I'm pretty sure blue helps with its drop rate.

Best atma for pure damage on mnk? I know VV is always good for things like proc'n blue and when running around more than fighting, but what if I'm just running in for one fight? RR/GH/DD best?

AFAIK, no nyzul or 290/300 WSes are blue procs. They are all available without Nyzul @ 75.

Note: This is all purely hypothesizing from personal observations. From what I can tell, both Ovni and Turul have the same drop systems, without blue !!, it's got 1 100% item (Shaolin belt, Nierenschutz), 1 ~30-40% item (Auger jaseren, Searing cape), and 1 ~5% item (Bullwhip belt, Loki's kaftan). Proccing blue will raise this drop rate by ~50% across the board (similar to getting a 'shadowed' VNM), so you've got one that's still 100%, one that's near-but-not-quite 100%, and one that's slightly better than a 50-50 split. Seems to be the same for Visions zone Empyrean accessories, too. ~15% drop rate without, ~65% drop rate with.

RR/AoA for first two atma (assuming 15% TA rate for AoA). VV as third with Victory Smite. A&O as third for Ascetic's Fury, closely followed by GH and SS (assuming 5% TA for A&O).

Anyone know if the 'full inventory' trick works on ops seals?

I'm sorry, I know I'm 3 pages late, but jesus mothermary and joseph, Failure did you READ this post? He specified ops. I'm 99% sure you're limited to one seal per game day from ops, and having turned in 20 ops on my mules not realizing their inventory is full...I can assure you you dont get a "full inventory" message, just no seal. I'm almost certain that quests that just load seals wont give you a message either.

1. How often does light weather happen in Ru'Aun Gardens and is there any way to find out the forecast other than traveling there?

2. If light weather does not happen often in Sky, is there any better place to finish the curestaff trials? I'm concerned that nuking pets only on light day will take forever...

3. The Evoker's Ring is glued to my right hand but as for my left, I'm currently using Tamas Ring. Sure, there are augmented rings that give extra pet stats, but none of them seem worthwhile. Likewise, there are rings that trade HP for MP, but that seems like a bad idea when I a squishy enough already. Am I doing it wrong? Is there a better ring choice out there that I should be using as a SMN?

Re: SMN Ring, Pre-Abyssea, I used to just use Bombqueen ring since I was a squishy Taru and didn't really need 30 or 50 mp, especially not at the cost of some hp. This was back in like 2005 or 2006 or whatever, though. I imagine it still doesn't really matter that much, though, especially if there aren't really any good avatar boosting items in that slot. If there's a chance you may get hate, -PDT maybe, if you're in a party where you may get hit by AOEs, HP, or just whatever you want.

edit: Is a neck w/ acc+5 subtle blow+3 and crit hit rate+2% good for anything?
