For Warbler, if you don't care about drops, it would be easier to just shout for a party.

Best sub for MNK for Cata-cleaving if I plan on killing Chloris after?
Best way to calculate Double/Triple attack's effect on your average WS damage? I was thinking of just adding (DA rate * number of hits in WS) to your fTP, assuming you don't hit the 8-hit round cap, but not sure if there's a better way.
I would team up with a WAR who wants to go after Glavoid. Then let a bunch of friends (people who won't dick you over) leech XP. You can build up a lot of Glavoid/Chloris sets this way, then repeatedly farm it. Have friends hold sets for you, etc...
(Not sure sub would matter much, as you could either change subs after being done with farming, or just deal with whatever sub you chose to Cleave with... GH, etc should make this a non-issue)
MNK/SAM. I'm doing it right now, been sitting on 1k+ minutes for the past couple of days just sleeping with my character in Tahrongi to keep lights >.>. Hasso, Meditate during pulls, Sekkanoki if you have over 200TP. You can wreck Chloris with literally any sub so it's not like it'll hurt you any. I second the bring friends to leech exp motion, we've completed at least 20 Glavoid and Lacovie sets on people and their mules. Screw you, Sodden Sandworm Husk.
Just curious, for cata cleaving, do you do it like normal cleaving, with the smn for perfect defense and everything? And depending on the previous answer, moreso interested if the answer was no, how many mobs do you pull on average?
I used to just pull like 5~10 mobs and spam cures on myself D: neither of my mules has alexander
(And any info at all on Heroes T3 VNMs? :/)
Anyone know how much DW Reduction Charis Casaque +1 have ? I read somewhere, in this thread I think, testings reporting 10% reduction on +2, but what about +1 ?
I don't use a SMN, no. Just a damn good WHM buddy (Avarice), he can keep me topped off no matter how many are pulled. The bigger the pulls are, the faster I get TP by getting whaled on anyways, so mobs rarely last more than 10-20 seconds. If I'm dualboxing his WHM in, I stick to maybe 10-15 and curebomb myself with his account. Tbh I haven't really needed to swap into my PDT gear much, but your mileage may vary depending on the WHM, your connection speed dualboxing, your proficiency with doing two things at once quickly, and stuff like that. I'd just try pulling as many as you can and getting a feel for how much is too much.
Any good lowman mage bounce/kiting spots in Abys-Grauberg?
Just now checking out the awesomeness that is Cata-cleaving. Never realized it was so good and seeing as how I do most Abyssea farming with 2 MNKs, this could prove useful. My questions are:
What staff is the best?
Does base DMG on the staff matter?
MAB and INT Atmas?
Just general things like that.
Pluto's staff, mab or darkness atk+ atmas only.
And Smiting Blow atma for TP Bonus.
Not really sure :
as a DNC with DW capped (auric + suppa + charis neck + body AF3+1), haste gear 25%, JA haste 10%, how much more haste do I need to cap on delay reduction ?
I think the formula is something like
Total Delay Reduction = (1-(1-TotalHaste%)*(1-TotalDW%))
but not sure, can someone confirm please ? (or just /nod ^^)
Tristitia low man or anything I need to worry about?
Best Atma combo for Revenant Fists+2 MNK? RR/GH/AoA, RR/GH/SS, RR/GH/VV, RR/VV/AoA? Really not sure what I should use.
RR+AoA+VV tested best by Kinematics/Motenten. Some caveats there, might wanna check out the post he made on Zam.
Edit: Fixed mistake.
Light gorget works for fudo right?
Creamsoda went war/MIN to fell cleave burn recently and killing chloris as war/mnk was unbelievablely easy. Fight took maybe 3-4 minutes. Geting 3-4 people pop items takes about 30-45 to an hour and half, minutes depending on luck/size of pulls/etc. It actually gave me hope that I may one day finish my polearm.
8/8 chesma! 2/50 buds 2/50 ulhadshi things!!
Can someone give me the low down on Glavoid? The wiki makes him sound nuts, but I'm sure it's exaggerating. I've never fought a sandworm so I"m not sure what to expect/how many people I need to kill him.
