They rolled up on top of me and taking all the mobs, including the ones I'm engaged and 2 feet away before they dia it. Why not be a douche?

JPs have stolen my cleave pulls multiple times and GMs won't do shit, go for it.
After Empyrean/WoE, are STR Taipans still the next best thing?
Any use to Raider's Earring (Eva3/Trip1%) for a THF with Suppa/Brutal/Evasion Earring/Ethereal Earring/Pixie Earring/Drone Earring?
Trying to make sure I haven't missed anything before dumping it.
Cure V/VI

Reign grip (about to swap for the new mnd and -enm one)
Orison Cap +2
Augmented Facio Bliaut (Nobles/Aristo)
Cleric's Belt
Orison cape
Orison Pantaloons +1
Cure Clogs/Marduk Crackows
Tamas/Karka
Novia/Roundel
Morgana's Choker
HH Bomb
For other cures I switch out karka for troopers, the mnd grip for staff. Cure III and Curaga's I don't bother with marduk feet at all.
Is it possible to completely avoid magic agggro on tia if i stand all the way as to the east (near the rock)? Want to try soloing it for the luls.
Also, is it still worth using twilight cape for spells i don't have an obi for? Or would potentia/goetia be better?
edit: nope, but seems rare that anything comes close enough. Gonna try anyway if it pops, since i can always sleep tia and kill an add, as long as i'm not doing it often.
I have all the abyssite of furtherances, and on my SMN with cruor buffs all my stats were +40 each (naked), now I'm on my BST and all my stats are +70 (naked), I'm confused(no atmas).
Anyone know the crit damage+ rate on Shikkoku Togi?
tanking rani on mnk - /war or /nin? i used /nin on raja and it was nearly useless other than blocking the occasional melee attack. rani looks the same, in that everything they do except diabolic claw is aoe. is diabolic claw nasty enough to justify /nin for the rare chance to block it?
(and asking again, does updating resources.xml still mess up yarnball?)
thanks!
If you just have a monk on her, she isn't that spammy. In that case being /nin to block regular attacks is nice, because of the additional effect buff stealing.
We tried Diabolos for fun last night with 10 + 2 mules. We got the worst card too, Heart. Downed it in like 40 seconds easy. MNK + WAR + THF + COR accounted for 89% of the damage, the rest coming from the 2 BLM. I'm sure a party of 6 would have no issues unless you get a mean Heart that spams Death at low HP%. Has 30k HP and WS were doing 1.5-2.5k Damage.
