How would you distribute BLU merits? Not sure how to balance Category 2... My BLU is rather casual, for duo/solo and small events, doesn't do HNM.

TI: CA + BA merits
TII: Enchainment + Assimilation. Diffusion has nothing to offer due to the duration of blue spells. Convergence won't mean much in a duo since it makes spells single target.

thf af+1 hands (augments TA) needs to be equipped before TA is used and during the attack to have an effect
raiders hands (augments SA) needs to be equipped before SA is used and during the attack to have an effect
OR
does the gear only need to be equiped prior to using the ability but can be changed out during the actual attack?

Turul glitched and is running across the ground again on Lakshmi. We tried AoE WSs, AoE magic WSs, and AoE magic and couldn't get him to agro. Do I just have to wait for him to reset at Maintenance?

We went to kill Turul just now on Titan and experienced the same behavior. Did it ever unglitch for you guys by chance?

I'am 99% sure Raider's only need to be equipped while you hit.

I meant the 10,000 damage move he does at 25% intervals.

Cast time reduction does, so -cure cast, fast cast, light arts, etc all combined cap at 50%.

Are these calculated separately like haste and fast cast for recast(to reach the true cap)? I'm wondering if it's worth keeping Cure clogs or not, since whm can hit 50% now w/out.

On 2hand (gaxe, gsword, etc.) multihit WS can proc TA + DA, 2xDA but not 2x TA yes? 2x TA can proc only for MNK and dual wielders?

I saw an 8 hit drakesbane using Noct. Mail back before DRG had Conserve TP to make that impossible to tell.

I've also seen a 7 hit sharkbite.

I've never seen a 6 hit mandy stab in all of my AC + MS, so I'm pretty sure offhand hits can't multi-attack on WS.

I'm not buying this that easy. Addicional hits all have sTP bonus also so assuming it was at least /sam brutal and rajas its very easy to mistake 7 and 8 hit drakesbane by forgeting to add that 0.2 on every sub hit.
