Uhm it's possible for Aeolian to go off for 3k, haven't had it happen once since 90cap though (10+ ulhuads). I wouldn't be too worried about it, if shit does hit the fan or w.e just hold it on the whm.

Asking on how you reached the conclusion they cap the same, I've seen no definite pattern post 320 skill, new tiers came at weird levels, and matching it up it looks as if there has been a new tier at 350, 380, 390, and 400 skill.
If you've always got another Rdm to cast Para 2 understandable, I almost never have another Rdm and don't have a DD I care to waste 5/5 phalanx on, although considering 2 merits in phalanx.

Can you obtain AoA even if you don't proc Red !! on Shinryu(low chance?)?

Also, is there anything in the game the add effect to Twilight Scythe cant or wont proc on?

I came to the conclusion by going out to a cactuar with a friend, casting Phalanx II on him and Phalanx on myself (@408 skill), and watching us both take 469 points of damage from 1k needles. (neither of us with PDT or any stoneskin effect.)

I suppose I shouldn't say that's the "cap", as I'm missing 3 skill from belt and 16 from merits, and there could be more above 408.

Not sure if anyone else has this problem but I'll give it a shot. When using windower with Windows 7, if I first open up two POL (or three or more) windows, then log into characters it's all fine and dandy--can run the multiple instances of FFXI. However, if I already have an instance of FFXI running and try to open a new POL window, my pol.exe crashes. This gets annoying when one character either crashes or randomly disconnects because if I try to open up another POL window, my main instance also crashes and I have to open up the two POL windows again and relogin for both,

Not Steam version. I used some Windows Vista/7 POL download from main site then just installed from the multiple discs.

Yes, the first time I had it brewed for me we didn't proc red so I didn't make a consorted effort to get myself up quick (was 3 boxing myself, my wife and my friend). Only my friend got the atma <_<.

As for my own RQ, what would be the recommended atmas if I'm cleaving for Glavoid pops with just a puller+WAR+healer? Same as any other run, or should I throw on some PDT/Absorbs Physical Damage ones?

Iirc from Funereal Apkallu Noct Helm can proc on TP moves.

I don't have personal experience with gear although I woudn't suspect it would be any different, but atmas that absorb physical/magical can proc on enemy tp moves.

Either that, or you're taking 1 hr to kill it running it around and it deaggros at some point. But, its clearly not broken like Dragus/Apademak.

Its not the sucking part, we kill it in about 5-10 min, depending on if an unlucky and hit the dirt. I have seen pools anywhere from one similar to use, to as little as just a Thunder Belt.

As for Dragua being broken, perhaps you should suck less, seeing as I got my +2 in 2 kills. As for mats for H2H, we saw none in 6.
