edit: With a very minimal mdt set, aga4 did 2017~2601 damage, aga3 and bliz4 around 800, bliz5 around 1500~1800. Think the higher # was when shell was down due to roar or w/e, stuns were messy that fight cause I had someone playing my whm and being a dick and a lazy fuck with stuns. Still easy to just eat it and never really be in much danger.

Thanks for the details. I'll probably be the RDM in that set up since I don't have the other two leveled. Sadly, that means I need to find a DD that knows the meaning of MDT on Diabolos. The journey begins.

Get the zone boss quests for all the new zones, and get a couple jobs to 90. Use the cruor to buy all the key items from the cruor prospector NPCs, especially the maps, lunar abyssite, and ivory abyssite of celerity. Try to get any zone boss kill in from a shout group or friends so you can have two Lunar Abyssites. Farm tonberries in Konschtat for another abyssite of celerity and quest in Vunkerl for your third. If you've been gone from Abyssea for a long time, you should now have plenty of traverser stones to play with

For weapons, I don't have any suggestions but magian trials are somewhat easier now that you get 5 kills in weather. For gear, try to get access to all your base AF3 - you'll need to do Dominion Ops to buy base body pieces, Bastion to buy base leg pieces, and gold box farming in Scars zones to get base feet pieces. Don't bother buying your base AF3 until you have seals to upgrade them, but spend the time now to get the cruor / points you need for them.

anybody ever tryed to install windows with a virtual machine in linux and to use ffxi with or without windower? read on the web u can install ff with wine,but not sure if u can use windower too

I know a few VMs were adding or have hardware accellerated 3D support, but haven't heard of anyone using FFXI in it.

With ducal guard changes, what's pdt % for avatar now? So far I've seen 87% mentioned.
Does the same amount of pdt last regardless of the avatar's HP %?
Does magic dmg nullify or otherwise screw with how this effect works on an avatar?
Any other info would be nice to know, thanks.

And im assuming any +dex for WS set in abyssea is uselss? since Crit damage is capped, and Rate is 50% will dex in the WS set effect that anymore?

And because its a 2hit less acc is needed then for Kings or RR?
